We took our little girl for her first time haircut which can be very stressful for puppies. Lisa made it simple and very comfortable for her. Our puppy was able to roam around and feel at home while having her hair cut. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. The boutique itself is clean and doesn't smell bad like other places. Also she thankfully does NOT use cage dryers which is a huge deal for me! Cage dryers are super dangerous. Google it at your own risk. We are so happy we found a clean & safe grooming place for our little fur baby. Thank you Lisa.

I initially selected them because of the way my dog would have her own private run from her kennel. I knew she would love being able to go out whenever she wanted to. We have tried many other kennels & all leave our dogs in filth as I have picked them up covered in urine/feces only having to take them home & put them straight into a bath. It's not like that here. I left all 4 of our dogs for 10 days on our last vacation. When I came to pick them up, the dogs were clean, happy, & cheerful. As much as I missed them, I was thrilled to know they were in good hands while we were gone.

2 years ago, my mom took her newly adopted cat for first visit; the vet grabbed the cat and…read moreroughly placed her on side. My mom was shocked (she said he slammed her down). He looked her over, says there is ear infection then gave her vaccinations. Gave her a tube of medicine to place in ear. Within 3-4 days, the cat's face was swollen; she then took her cat to a different vet. The cat was febrile, had fever, ear was much worse. Needed IV hydration, antibiotic injection, and 2 meds for ear. My mom has not been back to Dr Hines. She was very upset by his behavior and poor care. The office and techs are nice, but he needs to retire. Shameful

I've owned animals my whole life so we've been to numerous vet clinics and this by far was the best…read moreexperience I've ever had. I have a HUGE rescue dog who is scared of everything and everyone. After owning pit bulls my whole life, even my non aggressive dogs have been treated poorly. Not here! I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was pleasant and scheduled us at a time where there would be minimal exposure to other animals and enough people to accommodate any situation. They came out to the car to get us and brought us directly back to the room. My dog immediately got scared in the room and started barking and growling. He's a big boy at a solid 80 pounds. By the time we left the vet had removed the muzzle. They knew exactly what to do to make him feel safe. I will never go to another vet. Thank you for all that you do. We appreciate you more than you know!

After further asking, I was told they use Fabuloso and Bleach mixed with water to clean the outdoor area and dog suites. They said it is a pet friendly cleaner - this is not stated on the Fabuloso website. Staff did not seem concerned about my dog's reaction which turned into an infection, spent $200+ for emergency vet to get allergy meds and antibiotics. My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. I'm new in town and this was my first time using a facility - very disappointed.

I called and spoke with Tonya who was able to get us in immediately. Dr. Brooke McAfee diagnosed my little angel with Mitral Valve disease after some X-rays and listening to her murmur. Receiving this news was life altering- Belle has been my baby for almost 8 years. Dr. Brooke is amazing- she has the most wonderful and kind nature, inclusive of the empathy so many veterinarians lack these days. She guided me through all of the next steps, and I genuinely felt she cared even knowing we weren't a long term client/patient. I'm beyond grateful for everything Dr. Brooke, Tonya and their staff here did for us while we were in Indiana. Without question, 5 stars!
