Since I found her in February, she's been nothing short of a life-saver and has become a huge part of my dogs' lives AND become a dear friend. When my schedule became impossible and I started finding notes from my neighbor on my door when I'd get home at the end of the day, I knew I needed to find someone. In came Genna, who loves dogs and animals to the core of her being, and who has - to my chagrin - cleaned up a myriad of crazy messes my dogs greeted her with. She walks my two large pups numerous times a week and even though I never asked her to, she lets me know when she's arriving and sends me fantastic photos of the dogs EVERY SINGLE TIME. Simply put, if you need someone who'll love and look after your dogs and probably do a better job at it than even you? Hire Genna and her employees... but please don't take my time slots. Seriously!

I have been looking for a reliable pet sitter for my dog when I go out of town for work (which is somewhat regularly). I have tried on three different occasions reaching out to them and I've never gotten ahold of anyone when calling or have I ever received a call back when I've contact them through the website or left a voice message. Seems pretty basic to call a potential customer back (and I would have been a repeat customer) if you are a business, but hey what do I know? Based on this, I will not be reaching out to them again as I can already tell they are unprofessional.

I have to admit I get sometimes jealous. Iggy comes so happy after the walk. I have often left Iggy with Eric for long weekends or during the week for business travel and he is wonderful I do not have a worry in the world for my sweet Iggy. If you do not choose this dog walker, you would miss a lot. There is a big difference with these companies of dog walking and the personal and loving treatment Eric gives to the dogs. Call Eric for your dog! He's great! Gloria

I originally reached out to Oregon Ruff Runners to help exercise my dog Obie while I was pregnant…read moreand after the birth of our baby. To be honest I thought we might just use ORR for a short time while I was pregnant and after the delivery of our baby but after I met Josh and saw how much Obie loves him I knew they would have a customer for life. Before booking runs with ORR, Obie was moderately exercised but as a large breed, working dog he needed more. Behaviorally he pulled a bit on the leash, had some separation anxiety, was frightened of and leash reactive with other dogs. Now though, Obie pulls less on our walks, has learned several useful commands (we did the additional brain games package in addition to the running) and is less reactive while on walks. As a rescue dog he has had some mild separation anxiety and seems to be more social and confident since going out with Josh. After each run Obie is happy for the entire day. Overall he seems more calm and peaceful after a run with Josh. Also, he has lost 3 pounds! One of my favorite things is when Obie sees Josh's car pull up he starts slowly wagging his tail and does a few of what we call "baby deer jumps", it's really sweet. I like to watch them run off together, Obie will look back to me just to double check everything's ok and then confidently turn to run again. It is really nice to see him be excited and not so worried about leaving my side. I am so happy we found Oregon Ruff Runners! They are flexible, affordable, up-to-date on training techniques, truly care about each dog's well being and care for the betterment of Eugene's dog community as a whole. Their newsletters and tips are fantastic and entertaining! I would highly recommend Oregon Ruff Runners!

She gets out and exercises which has increased her stamina, her strength, her overall health for sure and she gets to socialize with other dogs and hang out with Josh who is amazing! All I have to do is tell her Josh is coming today and she knows exactly what that means, she gets all excited and can't wait for her run. Josh is awesome with her, Sadie is a rescue and can be timid around new people but she knew right away she was safe with Josh and that was enough for me because if Sadie likes you, you're good people. Since I can't get Sadie out for the daily exercise she needs, this is perfect - it helps both of us as I don't have to feel guilty for working and she gets to make new friends. I highly recommend Josh & Oregon Ruff Runners - what are you waiting for - your dog deserves it and so do you!!

My partner and I have various disabilities that doesn't give us the best option of administering what our boy needs. We called on Tasha to be his nurse and she has truly been wonderful. Having the option of in-home care for our boy has changed our (and his) world for the better. The stress of the carrier, car rides and the vet every week is no longer necessary! Tasha comes to our apartment twice a week and brings a warm, soft blanket just for him. She really takes the time to connect to our fur baby and she takes the time to connect with us as well. Tasha answers any questions to the best of her ability. She's intelligent, patient, incredibly caring and professional. You can tell that she has a deep passion for animals and a lot of training and experience that has given her the tools she needs to provide the very best care. She keeps in weekly contact, checking on our boy and reminding us of appointments as well as offering a different time for her to come in as her schedule allows. We keep an odd schedule and Tasha is very accommodating! Our fur baby likes Tasha and he's comfortable with her too. She's given all of us some peace of mind and the security of knowing she's there when we need her. Tasha has gone above and beyond her call of duty and we are so grateful to her! She's dependable, punctual and a good person with a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a gentle hand. We are blessed with more precious time with our fur baby because Tasha has made it so. If you're looking for someone who is caring, professional and who treats your fur baby as an individual and not just another animal - then Tasha is who you need! We trust her with our fur baby and that is priceless. :)
