I wanted to get him groomed ASAP, because he wouldn't let me trim his face or his nails. Annette got him in today! She's lovely, very personable and friendly. I had had another appointment elsewhere, but had to cancel because I had to change another appointment. So I was very lucky that Annette had an opening! Two hours after dropping him off, I got the call that Toby was ready! He looks so handsome! The cut is shorter than I wanted, but he did have some mats around his collar that I couldn't get out. So it's fine, needed to be done. Very happy with this place, will be returning. Scheduled next appointment already! Toby is absolutely exhausted and napping.

While in the room, we never felt rushed. I am very happy with the office and scheduling. She offers weekend hours which is amazing for my schedule. It is also fairly easy to get in on short notice, for example I called on a Wednesday and had both of my dogs seen for an appointment that upcoming Sunday. We drive about 35 minutes every time we go here and it is well worth it.
