If you know…read moreanything about poms, you should know their coat doesn't always grow back if you shave them! I ALWAYS ask for a trim at any and all groomers for the sake of this happening.. So if you want to get your pet beautifully shaved, this is the place! First time I get her back it was beginning of winter! Winter! And they still shaved her? Tried again when her fur was fluffy enough for another cut.. remembering to be aggressive with the word "trim" and it was "too short" last time... comes back shaved!! Not sure why I could possibly have came back another time.. probably because the price was unbeatable ( $30! ) and her fur seemed to be growing back.. back once again.. shaved and this time it was patchy for about 6-8 months! Definitely a miscommunication with the receptionist and groomer, or they just shave dogs, no trims? Go here for a cheap shave! Otherwise I would suffer the $65/ $80 bucks somewhere else

Andie takes her time with our Yorkie Pippa and she looks gorgeous when she's done. She is blow dried by hand and not put in a drying cage, which helps Pippa to feel more uncomfortable. Andie has helped us to help Pippa have better grooming practices and behavior to aid her when she visits. She goes in almost weekly to have her ponytail and bow fixed because she doesn't let mom do it yet, but Andie's helping her with that too. Andie always recognizes Pippa and remembers her name and Pippa gives her tons of love and kisses even though she hates the groomer. Pippa has never looked better, even after visiting many extremely expensive "fancy" "master" groomers in Dallas. I can not recommend Andie's Paws and Claws enough, she's AMAZING!
