They stayed involved through the life of the project, making sure every detail contributed to the whole. They also helped us with value-engineering, coming up with various ways to reduce cost without sacrificing quality. They can be a little difficult to engage with at first - they are brilliant designers, but not brilliant at returning phone calls. But it's well worth the effort of getting through - once you do they will take great care of you.
