F9 Productions is an outstanding full-service architectural firm. We hired Alex Gore and his firm to be our lead architectural and structural engineering partner in the design and development of our custom home. This included a detailed and laborious HOA review process with an architectural design committee (including architects from top firms in Denver/Boulder) that required a professional architectural team, structural team, build team, landscape team, etc. And that required a multi-month review process to evaluate every detail of the plans/house from surveying and exterior design, to elevations, materials, colors, lighting and more. Often the design review process for this gated community can easily take a year. F9 made sure we addressed every required change quickly (topographical, structural and design) and secured approval in a matter of months. We highly recommend Alex Gore and F9 Productions. They are incredibly talented and can tackle, and have tackled, any kind of project from custom residential, to multi-unit, to commercial and more. Not to mention they have construction management and building expertise which is very helpful during the architectural and structural engineering process. It was really easy working with Lance and Alex. As a woman, I often hear comments from male architects, or contractors such as, "Well, let me talk to your husband about this!" (yes, that still happens) Lance and Alex were very professional and I never had to tolerate any diminutive little lady talk. They listened to my goals for our addition project and helped me design our home with the features we want. We hired Alex Gore from F9 to design our dream home in the mountains. Alex patiently listened to our top priorities in design and then provided wonderful ideas that spoke directly to those priorities.
