He has the Ease bed himself and said it's been a game changer for his back, which was injured in a car accident. Bill, the manager of the store, and Mike answered all my questions. I was able to set up delivery on the day of my choice, two days later. I asked if the delivery people would wear shoe protectors when they came in the house. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me. This is the kind of thoughtful, personalized service you don't get anymore! Bruce called me the morning of delivery and said I was the second on the truck.
