We reserved a table here early on a Saturday evening, and were not disappointed!
The restaurant is small, but has a good atmosphere. We had a window table that overlooked the River Tyne and enjoyed watching the ships and boats come and go.
Although there are larger main meals, such as burgers, we chose to order three meat (think tapas size) dishes - chicken, spicy sausage and lamb kebabs. Alongside the sauces and side orders we ordered, they were absolutely delicious!
The meal, including a bottle of wine, came to around £25 a head. Not too bad at all.
Just a great place to eat out. We enjoyed the location, the service, the food and the venue itself - we'll definitely be returning! read more
