After dropping off my computer to have my integrated webcam fixed (software not hardware issue), I…read morefigured one maybe two days tops to fix. A week and a half later they finally had it done. Each time I called I was told it would be available for pick up on a certain day, but each time I went to pick it up they would say that they would have it done in the morning or end of the day the next day. This occurred three times. Now that I am home and booted up my computer I have found that a lot of my software (including Microsoft Office) is nowhere to be found. I am not even going to take it back for them to fix because it would probably be another couple weeks before I saw my computer again. Do not take your computer here unless you have plenty of time to kill without your computer and you don't mind reinstalling a lot of your software.

Their manager Arlean is very helpful and always taking care of our orders and designs in a timely manner. I have been using this location for YEARS. Arlean and the gang always get our orders out quickly and to the level as we have created them. We have had printing, business cards, lamination, posters, coupons, and pictures and designs created and printed here forever. In terms of the rest of the house, there are several employees who are very lacking- and sometimes very awkward, but in general I always get taken care of with the printing department and the gang! Very highly recommended!

I have went here numerous times, and each time it is the same thing, I don't feel I've gotten any…read moregood help and customer service, and their answer so often to stuff they don't have in stock is "you can order it online". Ok, so why is the store there if that's how they feel and don't bother to ask if you'd like to have it ordered and shipped to the store to pick up? The employees seem bothered that they're working at the store and don't seem they want to help customers. The prices are ridiculous, especially for electronics, no wonder why there's barely any customers ever in the store. It's not worth going here at all.
