My six year old son had his tonsils/adenoids out this morning. I was a basket case going into this but let me just tell you that from start to finish the staff at this place made me feel, well as good as a mom can when her baby is having surgery. They were great. Everyone put us a ease, kept us updated and most importantly they took good care of my little man. They have a huge waiting area, coffee, wifi and great staff. read more

My mother had an appointment at 1:30 and its 3 now and they still dont know when they are even going to take her to the back just to start prep. You have to fast for the procedure to so she's starving and has a headache. Talking with the other patients here they all have been waiting for hours past their appointment time and still havent been seen. This is ridiculous. Wasting our time and making my mother feel sicker because she's so hungy. I should be able to get some of my money back when they put you through this time waating crap. Its now 4pm and still havent even been taken to prep. Im getting very upset. read more

My sis had a surgery procedure here and everyone was great! As the name suggest Outpatient Surgicenter .. It has ample space for families to wait , there is a coffee area as well as vending machines and tables also. Overall very good experience for my family and the others who were there ! read more

I have (unfortunately) been here twice within the last few weeks for procedures done by my GI doctor. The staff here is incredible. Their front desk staff is so warm and welcoming and made the check in process a breeze. The nurses who are responsible for getting you set up for your procedures are incredible. They are so caring and kind and even with my poor nervous self they took their time to make me comfortable. The anesthesiologists are top notch and the tech who assists my doctor is so sweet. I wish I could remember everyone's names but the staff in recovery is just as incredible. Thank you to every single one of you for making this the best possible experience I could ask for! The complaints about the wait honestly just aren't worth taking too seriously. The reason you wait is because Dr. Fein takes his time and provides the most to notch level of care to every single one of his patients. I would wait forever if I had to if I had to come back for any more procedures. read more

This place is charging patients for surgery on their health insurance even for diagnostic procedures. The difference between $300 and $100 deductible. I cancelled my upcoming procedure because it is not surgery and should not be charged as a surgery! This is illegal! read more

For the third time in 15 years, I have utilized the facilities at Doctors Outpatient Surgicenter. I cannot stress how great they are from the advanced call to give me direction to the website for preregistration, to confirmation that all is well. The day before the procedure I got a call to remind me and confirm that all is well. A good thing for me as my doctor and I had to reschedule a couple times, and I got confused on the arrival time. On the day of the procedure I was welcomed by the receptionist who confirmed my reason for being there, clearly described the papers that had to be signed, and then verified my name, birthdate, and procedure as she placed a bracelet on my are. Every step of the way, from the pre-op check-in Nurse Leslie, to the prep Nurse Mindi, to the Anesthesia, Kathy, to Dr. Fein himself, I was treated with reverence and made as comfortable as possible. Later that day Dr. Fein called my home to be sure all was well; which it was. The next day Nurse Leslie called to confirm the same. I had a surgical procedure at this facility and could not have been treated better or been more pleased. The facility was extremely clean and organized. The staff, from the front desk to the Doctors, nurses, aides, anesthetists, et al, were friendly, polite, professional, efficient and effective. They all knew where to be and when to be there. All aspects of the procedure were explained in detail, several times, and my wife and I were asked if we had additional questions numerous times. The procedure started on time and everything was finished in the time frame presented earlier. I have to say that one nurse, LaJuana, won our hearts. She was so pleasant and entertaining, while being totally professional and efficient, that we would want to return, just to say "Hello". All in all, for a medical facility and medical procedure, this was the best that I have experienced. read more

My first time I was here the staff was good from the billing clerk at the front desk/office to pre op staff to releasing staff after the surgery. They took care of my sister and notified me of any updates. They have free wifi and coffee. Big waiting area and clean women's restroom.( not sure of the men's restroom). Also another thing was we didn't have to wait long as soon as we came in and checked in, like less then 30 mins they called her in. Today is my second time here and the only thing that was not right was there was a different front office clerk and she is very rude and like she did not know of certain things because the usual lady wasn't there normally. Overall, it's good place. Btw: parking lot has lots of spaces. read more
