They have helped my mom but couldn't help me they wanted to just give me a steroid shot. It wouldn't of helped for a fractured sacrum at least my surgeon thought I should keep on with my nightly injections to help rebuild bone. I've been going to CPM for several years and love Dr. Huynh and his staff. I have sever joint problems in my hip, neck, lower back, and knees and Dr. Huynh has helped me tremendously. I have avoided a huge back surgery (to fuse 5 vertebraes) for years. The Staff is one of the best! I've recommended him to my son who also has bone and joint problems. Beware Amanda (front desk. I have been going to Dr. Uzodinma since February 2016 and every single month it is the same issue... I cannot get my scripts written properly, my appointments are not scheduled right, and my prescriptions are always late to be filled!!!! Amanda called me back at 5:50pm last night to tell me she spoke to my pharmacy (**changed my pharmacy Feb due to insurance policy-wrote this down on the clipboard taken in at the last appt**) and they filled my prescription on 2/16. The script I need filled has NOT been filled since 2/4. I needed the prescription filled 3/4 and Amanda argued with me that I have my next appt this week where I could then get my script. She lied to me about calling the previous or new pharmacy concerning refills. I called the new pharmacy and neither pharmacist received any calls concerning my refills. I called back Dr. Uzodinma office back at 6pm long after Amanda was on her way home.Still in pain. Severe intestinal #Endometriosis with frequent intestinal seizures. I would not wish this pain on my own worst enemy. read more

You are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork. I guess only their time is important. I arrived at 12:30 a 1 pm appointment and it is now 1:40. In the time I've been waiting I have watched the whole staff sing happy birthday to two coworkers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I DO NOT recommended this place at all! This place is only worried about doing the most expensive procedures to get the most money! Not what is best for you. They want you to make frequent appt just for you to wait 2 hours for a 3 min conversation. The procedure they did made me feel worse and I'm sure it's so I have to come back. FIRST and LAST Appointment- Either $ in Accounting pocket, Kick Backs or Incompetency but most assuredly If they can't get the paper work done do you really want to do business???? I was 30 minutes early for my 11AM appointment with Dr. Jose Reyes, Jr MD Fasted prior with no fluids as requested and took my 82 year old Mother via taxi Scheduled appointment confirmed by Intake stating they would contact me with Co Pays, If Any see e mail below: I was asked for $150.00 by the front desk stating Aetna does not cover for anesthesia. Obviously they had not even checked with AETNA! I showed the confirmation e mail from Intake below Co Pays, If Any Then it was explained there was a mistake, however they would accept my normal $20.00 Co Pay and bill my insurance company and IF they did not pay they would bill me. I had a seat in the waiting room again and was then called into a private room by the Accounts Manager who stated the $150.00 had to be paid or the procedure would not happen, THIS EVEN AFTER PAYING MY CO PAY. Never saw Dr Reyes and Left abruptly due to Unprofessionalism, Incompetence of Accounting person. I immediately called Aetna who stated my deductible was satisfied and my insurance covered 90% of the $100.30 cost for the anesthesia , so my out of pocket was $10.00 Aetna agent also confirmed the procedure code 64493 after speaking with front desk @ Interventional Pain Specialist and looking at the normal cost within zip code to determine Good afternoon Ms. Hughen, You're appointment for your injection has been scheduled for 10/14/2014 at 11:30 am. I had written a more detailed review but Yelp deleted it when I clicked the sign up with facebook option. This place provided me with no alternatives to opioids, not even any of the ones listed on their website. They took a urine sample for the drug screen required by law and have a clearly visible lab for testing right outside the bathroom door. I get my quartely statement from my insurance provider and find they have billed them nearly $7000 for more urine tests that were sent to an outside lab on four separate occasions that were for everything else they could get my provider to cover and none of it was medically necessary. I had my records sent to my Gen Practitioner who is literally across the parking lot from them. They wanted to charge me $25 for them and they have to give them to my Dr. for free. It took them weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to comply. They didn't even examine me when I had either of my appointments and never took another sample of urine. Two appoinments + two scripts + two refills. They billed over $8,000 to my insurance and my co-pay was $250 . This place reeks of fraud. read more

BEWARE of allllllll 5 locations!!!!!! Very unprofessional not nice ppl. I talked with these locations for 4 days!!!!!! If your in pain you should NOT be worried abt your meds, appointments. Front desk or Some of the Doctor don't care what you need if you don't have an appointment *** GOD forbid if you have a real situation, your on your own. I would not go here if possible, and watch your paperwork. They will order the most expensive procedures and not pay attention to what is in-network. Sat 2 hours waiting for my appointment, the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. Asked to have a paper filled out, was an additional $25.00. This place does not care about the patients. Staff seem to have tons of time to entertain each other and not help patients. One of the worst I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost!!! And any positive feedback is probably one of their staff, don't be fooled. This place sucks!! It's truly a money mill, where they get kickbacks. Watch your wallet read more

Unfortunately I am a Wkrs. Comp. patient. I've been locked into IPS for 5 Yrs! Let me explain the lowest rating. I've had 7 spine operations over the past 10Yrs. At one point I had a Neurostimulator implanted by another dr. I needed a revision after 6 mos. By that time I had been referred to IPS. Dr. F. did the revision but little did I know, he had never done one because he was fresh out of school. So surgery day,Medtronic Reps are in the O.R. w/him. When it was all over, he cut a nerve in T10-11 (ribs.), & when I turned on the remote to implant, I was being shocked,INTERNALLY!!! The battery had to be surgically removed from my buttock. The mishap was conveniently omitted from surgical report but verbally acknowledged. As for the staff; all replies are spot on when it comes to being unprofessional, with child like behavior or absolutely RUDE. This especially goes for Andrea. Dr. F. Establishes patients at one location and then he hops to another without notice of closing or moving. I personally have been to over 6 locations in 5 yrs. Now as for being seen at appointment time.... Good luck. I have also waited up to 4 hrs. due to over booking, etc... Did I mention I have a 5hr round trip drive time? If I had a choice, I wouldn't be anywhere near this place. So, a recap; CHILD LIKE STAFF, DOCS THAT ARE RUDE,UNDEREDUCATED , UNTIMELY ,WITH EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION. read more

Let me say that I go to the Webster location and I absolutely love Dr Uzodinma. He is fantastic!! I'm giving 1 star because the staff is awful!! The old staff was wonderful but since November of 2016 every single month there is something wrong with my prescriptions. Nov 16' wrong fill date, dec 16' wrong fill date, Jan 17' wrong fill date, feb 17' wrong fill date, march 17' wrong mg, april 17' wrong mg and wrong quantity, may 17' wrong mg and wrong quantity, June 17' wrong quantity, July 17' sent to wrong pharmacy, august 17' sent to wrong pharmacy, September 17' sent to wrong pharmacy and now October 17' they didn't send the prescriptions in to ANY pharmacy at all!! The level of incompetence surprises even me. The staff is a laughing stock at my local pharmacy. They always say "which idiot got your prescriptions wrong this month?" I call the day before my fill date and the day of my fill date to double and triple check that they will get my meds right but to no avail always wrong. The only word to describe the level of common sense and intelligence is "MINIMAL." I wonder if Dr Fuke has any idea that his practice no longer commands respect because of office staff and only because of the office staff. Every doctor that I have seen here is wonderful but not worth wanting to rip my hair out every month. It's a shame that Dr Uzodinma does not have the staff to back him up because I would never leave him as a patient but at this point the sheer frustration is just not worth it.
