They had been sitting in the car for an hour before I was told they hadn't been seen yet, I immediately called and asked when my son would be seen and the lady told my he was next to be seen. Mind you this was at 12:05 when I called, and for those with kiddos we all know it isny fun sitting in the car with a sick kid especially when your kid has autism. They were called back shortly after I called them (shocker), the doctor only checked his ears, eyes and throat and prescribed amoxicillan for an ear infection. No testing was done to ensure it wasnt a virus or anything. Overall experience is a 0 we will not be coming back here as this has been the second time everything has sucked. Your better off spending a little more and getting better care for your kids, little pandas right down the road will be our new pediatric urgent clinic.

Update: Looks like they monitor their Yelp reviews though. Within a few minutes of posting review, I was taken to an exam room by the receptionist. Within 30 minutes, they responded to my review. Unfortunately, I waited another two hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner who apologized for the long wait. She was the only one on duty, no doctor, and this was on a Friday afternoon which a staff member told me tends to be very busy. So bottom line is they care more about how they look online rather than staffing for the care of their patients. I'll go to the ER if I have another worker's comp injury.

I had a root canal many years ago and my crown recently got cracked after years of wear and tear…read more My dentist referred me to this place and I was able to get an appointment for a consultation the same day. The dental assistant, Lori, was very nice and took great care of me. Dr. Vogel was also nice. He made sure to explain the whole process of a root canal retreat and what I could expect. Also that with every procedure, there could be unexpected changes once they get in there. After a brief consultation they did some panoramic X-rays and I got on the schedule for the next week. Fast forward a week and I showed up for my appointment. We got started after Dr. Vogel explained what he was going to do and me telling him my concerns from the previous root canal. Unfortunately things did not go as planned since my tooth had some infection in the root. Dr. Vogel explained that we would not be able to finish up and he was going to clean out as much infection as he could and get me a temporary filling so we could go over my next step options. After everything, he took the time to call my dentist and speak with them about what I needed next. He sent them the X-rays he took and waited with me while we discussed the plan. He told me that he was not going to charge me for the root canal since he wasn't able to do it and instead charged me for an incomplete. I appreciate that and it ended up saving me a lot of money in the end... especially since I will now be visiting an oral surgeon. While I hope I never have to have another root canal, I would definitely come back to Dr. Vogel and highly recommend him for any endodontic needs.

Because of this, I attend my husbands appointments as his support person and representative. When called back for our appointment, I accompanied him to the exam room to help him as he cannot walk unassisted. The dental assistant escorted us to the room and took x rays. I stood behind the wall and then she asked me to have a seat in the exam room. Dr. Brian Duncan proceeded to come in with an extremely dismissive and a negative attitude. He asked my husband about the visit and I helped answer as my husband cannot longer communicate effectively. I asked if I could explain why our prior doctor referred us to come here. Dr. Brian Duncan proceeded to snap that I have "broken protocol". His protocol was that I was not allowed to represent my husband and could not assist my husband during this appointment. He proceeded to say "this is not going to work" and walked out of the room with no further explanation. This was extremely distressing, especially considering my husband cannot walk independently and relies on my assistance to navigate medical visits. For a patient with disabilities and cognitive impairment, compassion and flexibility should be the standard of care. Instead, we felt dismissed and treated with a complete lack of empathy by Dr. Brian Duncan. Dr. Brian Duncan should understand that caregivers and family members are often essential advocates for vulnerable patients. I hope this office reconsiders how they handle situations involving disabled patients and their caregivers in the future.

BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH. Rn working was nice enough, asked typical questions. By the way I've been a nurse almost 40yrs. Doctors walked in, looked like a train wreck who just woke up. No bedside manners!!!! Showed no concern. I have insurance and never been in a facility like this, I did see that they had all necessary equipment for CTs, Xrays, etc. I had No Chest Xray, I had labs , EKG, and UA but have no idea what the results were, no one not the RN or Dr. Terry springer discussed results with me. I had a breathing tx and IV with steriods which calmed the coughing. Dr. Came back in said I was treated for Bronchitis, given prescriptions to treat this. I'm still with Shortness of breath (SOB) - no xray, the one thing I really wanted! I'm still dizzy. Why have all this equipment and not do some more workup. And I have NO bill, have no idea what I was charged or what I may owe! I felt so tired and dizzy when I left, I didn't even ask. No one payed me any attention when I walked out the exam room to the front...I really believe the Doctor just wanted to be left alone, it was about 10p when I left and he barely picked up his head when I passed the station. I pray I don't have to go to another ER tomorrow, I think my mistake was I told them I have an appointment with my primary next week, I'm sure this lazy Doctor that , they can handle this.. No chest xray! Chest still tight, I'm amazed. This is why I've never went to these facilities. But the guys were at the back were kind.

Every member of staff I saw was extremely caring and helpful. I am a hard stick but the nurses patiently took their time and found a vein without poking me multiple times. I ended up staying overnight and was provided a beautiful pair of pajamas to wear along with a goodie bag with any toiletries I may need. Excellent care all the way around!
