I saw Jodie Auliff twice a week for over two months. I was extremely pleased with the therapy program she designed for my recovery. I have been to several Athletico facilities in the past, and was impressed with the variety of equipment that I was directed to use. Jodie was very professional, courteous, kind and respectful. She was sincerely concerned with any pain that I might experience. She always informed me of my changing goals and asked for my impute. I was given clear instructions (both printed and verbal) as to how I was to work on my home therapy program. Frances K went above & beyond in addressing any and all of my concerns & pain & helped me to understand everything thoroughly along the way. Frances showed me other factors & bad habits I would have never considered prior to going to diamond PT & has immensely helped me to realize my many bad habits & improper stretching techniques leading to any & all pain that I feel. Frances Always helped me rule out & understand any and all irrational worries I had in regards to all varieties of pain I feel throughout my day to day life. My insurance was not in their network so they offered me cash pricing for x amount of visits. I started going & loving it. Chiropractic care was helping with my headaches & sinuses. Then Feb. 2014, after going for several months to Chiro One, I was in a major head on collision, 3 car accident. I called Dr. Jason and informed him about the accident and told him that the doctors suggested I not go to the chiropractor until doctor visits & physical therapy visits were completed. I talked to him a couple times during my recovery time to get his opinion on certain things. Then once released, I tried to go back to Chiro One to complete my remaining visits that were paid for out of pocket. I made an appt, went in, was re examined, spoke with Dr. Jason; he informed me he didn't have time to look at my new x-rays until later and he apologized, but I would not be able to be adjusted same day, to make an appt for tomorrow, so I did. I received a call from Dr Jason the next day stating that he needed my new insurance info. I told him I would provide it once we were done with the remaining visits I had, he told me that he would have to refund my money or roll the value of the remaining appts into a new plan, because the previous plan was no longer valid. I said let me know what the cash refund would be and we could go from there. With a phone call back in less than 5 mins, I was told that my remaining visits were worth $252.00, but that I could not get a cash refund. I would need to give them my new insurance info and they would apply the $252.00 towards my deductible on my new insurance. This is not the way I would do business, nor do I believe this is good business.

As a 22 year old woman that had me worried, because I was in otherwise good health. It has truly been an emotional and physical battle for me. I felt debilitated by them and felt like I couldn't socially function anymore. I couldn't concentrate at work, I skipped classes because of the pain, and didn't want to go out with my friends, because I was always so fatigued. I was already through the ringer of the ENT doctor, and then at the time a neurologist. I was on a high dosage of seizure meds just to get the pain to stop. Then I felt numbing in my arms and legs (which was apparently normal) and felt very lightheaded, yet heavy. Not to mention a restricted diet. That medicine was concealing the pain and just hiding the problem, not fixing it. I knew that wasn't a sustainable option or lifestyle I wanted to live by. My experience with Chiro One started about a couple of months ago. I stumbled across the booth at the Green Expo at ECC and set up an appointment for me and my boyfriend to go in. I was desperate for anything. I have been going multiple days a week to get adjusted and do therapy on my neck (and back). Over time my headaches grew further apart and weaker. It felt like a miracle. It wasn't instant, but I have stuck with it for my well being and seen results I didn't even expect. I rarely have headaches anymore, and if I do I just do my exercises they gave me. The real shocker is that I don't take any meds! Plus, I can enjoy a nice glass of wine again! Dr. Jason and all of his wonderful employees have actually turned my life back into the right direction. I have learned so much about my health and gained friendship and guidance through all of these people. I feel much more full of energy, health, and happiness. So now my question is, what are you waiting for?

My partner has paid the $120 fee every time…read moreshe has gone, yet now they are saying she owes $360 for three sessions she went to but didn't pay for? Really? The first time, for the first appointment, I remember her card was declined, but they ran it again and it was accepted the second time before she even started the session. That was the first $120 that we started to receive bills for. The second two charges, I have no idea what went wrong with their system. I suggested to the company that maybe she was getting charged for appointments that she had changed (that they had charged for the changed day), but they told me they don't charge unless she actually shows up and gets the service. So the last two charges are a real mystery, but they are obviously charging her for days she has already paid for. So the bottom line is that there appears to be something really wrong with their charging/financial system in that it thinks you didn't pay when you did. When I googled about this, I read about "billing errors" and "overbilling" problems that the company has. Now we have to prove to the company that she paid every time she went - which is going to be a real pain that I don't have time for.
