The roofers then nailed through the shingles when replacing the jump porch. And slowly over the years a minor leak became a major issue. They did a great, clean job with the roof repair. And replace the jump porch ( 20 yr old) with a spanking new porch for the same cost I paid 20years ago. And did I mention quiet? I have a dog who was cool with their presence.

Our leak was fixed in minutes and they proactively fixed a second potential leak area, then took pictures to show us what had been done. The large gaps left at the bottom was allowing my neighbors dog to get out, until we fixed it. The exposed old posts and nails are unsafe for my child and dogs. I called the company about these issues and claimed a 5" gap was "standard practice". They said they would fix the exposed old posts and nails, but here we sit 3 weeks later and nothing has been done. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Not only does this seem like a fast and lazy job, but with the posts at 10' plus apart, the fence really moves and feels cheap.
