Came in with suspected strep throat and they never called me with my results and I couldn't get through when I called them for my results. Also, they didn't give me a heads up that I would be seeing a doctor via tele health in their office -- I had no idea until the doctor's face just showed up on the iPad. And then they forgot about me in the room afterwards when they were supposed to come in to swab me. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have other options. read more

Set an appointment for 11:15. I showed up at 11:10 to complete paper work. I was called to a room around 11:55. Someone came in to take my vitals (took about 5 minutes) and left. Doctor came in to see me about an hour later, asked some questions, prescribed some meds and that was it. Thank God I have insurance because if i was paying out of pocket I'd be upset. i had a terrible experience with this office. I waited for about an hour 30 minutes. There's was little to no communication amongst the nurses at the front desk. I needed a simple urine sample but waited for that long to even be seen. Terrible service and will NEVER come back again. This place is absolutely terrible. Do NOT go here OR the "primary care" provided. They are a joke and consistently misdiagnose. When I got diagnosed with a slightly high level for blood pressure I was immediately put on meds and it turns out they meds they first had me on were insanely high and almost killed me because I didnt need that dose. They gave me supposedly what they give major heart attack patients. I can go on with other examples involving my wife and children as well. I would give zero stars if they allowed it. read more

Crackerjack operation. They claim to offer one hour rapid test covid results. If you go later in the day, don't count on your results being logged to the online site within an hour. You'll need to wait until the next day. But... they won't tell you that. People inside are rude and have absolutely no respecr for patients. Don't bother with this place. My appointment was at 8... 806 the Office was open because the 2 girls who drove into West Haven at 740 decided to get breakfast. I waited and at 816 I overheard them talking about how fucked up it is that the Doctor called out and they needed to get someone from Southington when there is another Dr who lives down the street. I asked when a Dr would be in. They said they had a Doctor showing up any minute but wanted to transfer me to Orange... Why transfer me if you have someone showing up any minute? read more

If you have a choice, do NOT GO HERE. I was misdiagnosed several times, put through emotional turmoil as they made medical mistakes, they do not obey HIPPA laws, and over-charge for their Great Value doctors. My last visit I was given several false diagnoses over the phone by a girl who runs the front desk, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I had no choice to go because of my lack of insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. Don't worry though, they had no problem charging me for their mistakes too. The receptionists who work there make all kinds of mistakes with appointments and information in your files and send your prescription to another pharmacy after telling them where to send it in the first place. I had to drive all the way back there to tell them where to send it and they weren't even apologetic having a snubby attitude. Wish I could give this place negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE. Many many reasons, just trust me you do not want to go. Everything starting with the front desk was horrible and it just went even more downhill from there, the only decent person was the young man who took me to the exam room. He was fairly polite; which is more than I can say for everyone else there. Doctor was unprofessional and for lack of a better word, a Quack. Told me I could get cancer from cleaning my ears with Q-tips, he also told me that Johnson & Johnson were out to kill all of us.....I was there for a throat infection. He ended up telling me he was going to send in 3 or 4 prescriptions. I gave them my pharmacy and the prescriptions never showed up there. I called all the pharmacies in the area. I tried calling their office and nobody ever answered the phone. For two days straight. And they were open... so never got my scripts and had to go elsewhere. then, to add insult to injury, I received a huge bill in the mail which I am not going to pay because of the horrible lack of service I received there. This is a horrible place. I don't understand how they are still open and seeing patients. My husband was having some chest pains and he is a 30 yo male. I told him to go to the urgent care instead of the ER because they could run an EKG and take his BP to see if he was having anything major going on without the giant ER bill and wait. So he goes and when they do his EKG the EKG pads need to be reapplied multiple times, the EKG itself needs to be run multiple times only for the DR to say he needs to go to the ER anyway because of an "abnormal EKG" or a broken EKG machine more like it. THEN the DR made him sign a form saying he wouldn't take an ambulance to the ER. So he goes to the ER only for them to have an EKG which came out totally normal. Now I have a bill for the walk in clinic and for the ER. So the Urgent care sends one bill for the visit and the next thing I know I have a collections agency sending me a notice about the bill. Since when do you get one notice and then get sent to a collections agency??? Honestly it's the most unprofessional and scam artist urgent care ever. Do not go there. Pay the ER bill - you'll have to pay it anyways. read more

Check in experience was decent. The patient care techs/receptionists were very nice. However, Dr. Rohit's bedside manner was a disgrace to the medical profession. He proceeded to speak AT me, not to me and specifically told me to only answer him using Yes or no questions like I was a child. He proceeded to ask me if I just wanted antibiotics (because he apparently thinks they have some sort of street value I guess) and told me that what I have is viral and I do not need antibiotics. After lecturing me about why NOT to clean my ears with Q-tips for 10 min, telling me that it will eventually kill me and that cleaning ear wax is extremely harmful to my body, He checks my nose, ears, and finally listens to my lungs which is why I was there to begin with. He told me I had a severe bronchial infection and ended up prescribing me antibiotics anyways. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor unfortunately. When people are feeling sick, down, and defeated, the last thing they need is an arrogant, self righteous physician who ended up being wrong to begin with. read more
