Straight up awesome. He stayed on top of the communications. I also appreciated being able to pay the deposit for materials via credit card through his invoicing system. There is small fee, but worth it to have the peace of mind. The communications from Josh was great. There was rain, which delayed things, but he always called and texted to keep in touch and plan around the rain. This was super important to me to be kept up to date, which he did. The work was to take place over a few days. On the first day of work they showed up on time and was very professional. I was able to check in on the progress and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. At the end of each day of work they cleaned up, kept the work site organized, and I always knew what was to happen next. The final work was top-notch. Both my wife and I were very happy. Reached out to a few companies and Al's quote turned out to be the lowest of the three I received. He was very thorough in detailing his suggestions for us and we eventually decided to zero-scape the front lawn. He gave us options to choose from, explained what has worked best for him in the past. He took out our existing bushes by our front windows, ensuring he got most, if not all of the roots so they wouldn't be an issue moving forward, planted 4-5 yucca plants, put granite rock down to cover the yard and our curb with a barrier around the whole area. We also went with a two-foot-wide extension from the side of our driveway that has 2" pavers and crushed granite so I could better get out of my vehicle since I have mobility issues. We also had him trim our huge Ash tree in the front since it needed it badly. Al was very professional, kept us in the loop on all decisions and got the job done quickly. His attention detail is OUTSTANDING! I would 100% recommend him for any of your landscaping projects, big or small. Our front yard looks great and now we don't have to mow it ever again!! :-)

I called a day or two later, scheduled for them to come out, they never came. I called and texted Randolph, asked him what going on, he apologized and sent someone out to get us a quote (they actually showed up) as he was leaving he said I would get a call or text by the end of the day with a quote, and if I accept it, they could service my yard the next day, no call, no text. This business is highly unorganized and wastes your time.
