At first, I believed my item was left behind on the counter, but it seems an item was positioned inside of my vehicle in the back seat on the driver's side inside. The only difference between the item that I removed from the shelf, and the one I found behind the seat is an indentation in the back of the container. I suspect the original item was retained and replaced with a similar one in my vehicle; this is consistent with product and consumer tampering. I am very aware of recent activity; there is absolutely no way a 64 oz. bottle of Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Zero Sugar was placed behind my seat with my knowledge or involvement. There were no more than five people in the store: a blonde-headed person, a tall Black person, two people annoying me by throwing a football in a sence of watching,, and a cashier at the front counter. Why are there so many strange people walking around without purchasing harassing seniors and those with disabilities?

Today will likely be my last visit. I was at the store for an early lunch at 12:18 p.m. As I was finishing my meal, a man approached my table to question me as if I was employed by him or United Supermarket. I expect to be able to visit your store without disruption from strangers and employees. I arrive at your store alone and expect to leave alone, without being followed by guests or employees into the parking lot or anywhere else, and without fearing for my safety and life. Up until now, I felt United Supermarket offered a safe, family-oriented environment. However, as a result of this continued harassment, the atmosphere now feels unsafe.

I went the next morning to get it, and the two people in the pharmacy had no record of it. In fact, the pharmacist had to ask the assistant where the refrigerator was. This is only one of many poor experiences I've had here. I wish UPS had taken it ANYWHERE but here. UPS will attempt to deliver it to me on Monday (today is Saturday), but if it has not been refrigerated, it's no good.

My prescriptions cost many thousands of dollars and it was just a bother for them to refill them. The staff was put out to fax refill requests and would just leave the prescription unfilled without informing me of this need.
