This is a "real" hardware store where you can buy one (or a few) bolts, or that oddball plumbing part you simply must have to fix your leaky faucet. They go out of their way to answer your questions and help you solve your particular problem.

I told them to cancel because if I had to order, I'd get it from my local store instead. I was assured that it would be cancelled. It later showed up on my credit card so I called the store and was told it had been cancelled. A week later, I called again and was told it takes 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be cancelled. On the 10th day, I got a notice that the purchase had been cancelled so I sent an email to find out why I was being notified if it was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Finally notified my credit card company it was fraud and got my money back. Ace finally credited me for returning items I never purchased in the first place. The woman I talked to was a little rude. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake and acted like I was being unreasonable for trusting them to have done what they said they would do. Never again !!!

You see we were going to do the adopt a highway program and flew in from California to help clean a stretch of road outside of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This cool quaint hardware store really had everything anyone would need for home repairs of any kind for that matter any project you have in mind I'm sure this establishment would definitely have the things that you need to accomplish it. The best part about it was the gentleman working had excellent customer service skills and actually walked us around the shop to help us find the different items we might need. He had a great sense of humor and was very compassionate about the story we told him regarding our choice to adopt a highway in Indiana. We will definitely be back in April not only to clean our stretch of highway but to purchase our supplies from this great establishment.
