I saw Dr. Jeffrey Fidel for the second time this week and my meeting was very consoling, I've feel listened to and understood by both docmj and his assistant Rachel. They are a great team and will make your meeting much more comfortable as long as you go there with questions already thought out! The office is packed, so be prepared - you'd be surprise what you can learn. The field is new, so remember, everyone in it is new too! I've got HIV/AIDS and chronic PTSD since childhood trauma injured me. I live with periodic, debilitating, panic attacks and the medicine has made all the difference in the world for keeping me regulated on an even keel! I use to self-medicate with alcohol and I don't need it anymore! Hallelujah! Dr. FIdel helped me to set up deep-breathing exercises for when an attack is coming on. Now, I do them daily for prevention, and it's working. I haven't had a panic attack since I last saw him. This is for the Fort Lauderdale location that are too cowardly to have their own Yelp or Google Reviews pages. This company will trap you with their auto-renewal, and when you need an increase to your allotment due to a new Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis, they will outright lie to you about the state having limits on exceptions. I had two different people at that location try to lie to me that they "can't" ask for another exception. They jost WON'T, because it requires more work and documentation on their part. I did the telemed call ( I imagine it's available due to Covid ) & it went very smoothly. My last Dr visit brought me to some very sketchy neighborhood & office building that made me feel very uncomfortable, then I get to office & there's no receptionist for a good 12-15 mins... when she comes back there's no cordial acknowledgment that the Dr is running late , nothing ! Needless to say I was not a happy camper :( I Really would prefer this type of correspondence for future required Dr visits ! read more

Went in for my renewal and got approved for smokable flower at no extra cost. The Staff is very nice! Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes before seeing the Dr. Also, on a personal note after being diagnosed with shingles with Bells Palsy I wrote to DocMJ on messenger and explained what was going on and they wrote back within minutes and told me what might help with nerve healing. I had a problem finding the office in West Palm Beach. No one told me that the office is actually in an executive office park which requires one to go through the main lobby. After driving around the parking lot looking on the outside of the building for a sign saying doc MJ, I arrived late and upset. The office set up is awkward And I seriously did not like the person you see before you get to see the doctor. She was very condescending and threatened to affect my medical marijuana card! And when I tried to apologize to her she insulted me! LOL you can't make this stuff up. It should also be noted that the office is in a terrible area that you certainly do not want to be in after dark. The doctor was very nice and I have no problems with him. read more

I'm going to just jump right in by stating that I have HAE, RA, Sciatica, Severe Muscle Spasms, Nerve Demyelination and a couple other things, one which i've been recently told is Stiff person syndrome. So my pain has for years been a type of uncontrollable, indescribable pain since my teenage years.In my 20s I was told to start trying herbs, vitamins or otc pain meds to control my pain because being young with Nerve Dem. If I started pills they would no longer work or work as well by the time I was older adult, and of course I listened to the doctors advice and never questioned it.A couple years ago I was hospitalized with some of the worst pain I've had in my life and my 40+yr old a** was over it, I'd had enough of the pain bs and listening to someone that didn't feel any of my pain keep saying suck it up, so I started looking for relief..oh boy, well now that was a whole other problem! It seems like the only thing that did was make things worst because now the doctors that I that would be around to help later in my life can no longer provide the help I needed because of a Epedemic I had NO f**king part of..The trust I had for those doctors was now gone and I'd promised myself that I would never let another one tell me to hold out on pain relief ever again.. I am a person of color which already makes it 2x's hard to get the treatment (meds) I needed on top of everything else my pain level and tattoos didn't help the stereotype in the eyes of conventional treatment doctors..I am truly lucky to be apart of this docmj family for now almost 3 yrs!!!!!Pain centers and their doctors should be ashamed of themselves for trying to tell severe pain patients that steroid injections, numbing injections that wear off I a day or two and over the counter meds are their only option..none of those will ever equal 2 puffs of a vape pen or blunt, 1 gummy of even a 1/2 a tiny square from a thc chocolate bar..You pain centers remember "WE ARE NOT ALL AN EPEDEMIC". Don't waste your time or money, wait till it's recreational and enjoy yourself.
