Rare right?? But yes I was seen immediately. The medication that was prescribed for me has been a lifesaver. I have a permanent neck injury from an auto accident and thanks to Dr Jenn my days are bearable and I am sleeping better. I have called the office with numerous questions outside of regular office hours and .... the call is answered by Zach the workaholic.. yes he is always there to explain and answer any questions you may have. I am so happy with their knowledge. Expertise and service I will be using Dr Jenn for her Med spa services as well. A home run for me!! This company will trap you with their auto-renewal, and when you need an increase to your allotment due to a new Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis, they will outright lie to you about the state having limits on exceptions. I had two different people at that location try to lie to me that they "can't" ask for another exception. They jost WON'T, because it requires more work and documentation on their part. I asked to have the DR. Call me and they said they could not do that. This is a Doctors' Office, of course you can. No compassion they just want to make money, and they are the most expensive. Don't waste your time, money, or energy, and find someone who cares. It really is a shame as I liked my Dr., she is now just in the wrong practice. if I could -5 marks, I would.

I call the # and it says theyll call me back. took two days for them to call me back. They then told me they had to ask the dr and that would take another 2 days.... 2 days later they called me back and said that id need to ask for meds on my next visit which wasnt for another month. Really crappy. Im 59 years old with massive rods in my spine from a car accident and i dont need more meds? ok i guess ill just suffer for the next month. The sign up process probably took maybe 10 minutes and then I went in to see the doctor. After 5 minutes with the doctor I was certified and ready to go to a dispensary. The doctor was very sweet. The front staff Zay and Johnny were helpful and kind and gave me free goodies! Definitely recommend coming here! My boyfriend went here as well to get his license and they were helpful with him as well. They also gave him a free book to write notes in about his journey.
