I have called the office with numerous questions outside of regular office hours and .... the call is answered by Zach the workaholic.. yes he is always there to explain and answer any questions you may have. They are a great team and will make your meeting much more comfortable as long as you go there with questions already thought out! The office is packed, so be prepared - you'd be surprise what you can learn. The field is new, so remember, everyone in it is new too! I've got HIV/AIDS and chronic PTSD since childhood trauma injured me. I live with periodic, debilitating, panic attacks and the medicine has made all the difference in the world for keeping me regulated on an even keel! I use to self-medicate with alcohol and I don't need it anymore! Hallelujah! Dr. FIdel helped me to set up deep-breathing exercises for when an attack is coming on. Now, I do them daily for prevention, and it's working. I haven't had a panic attack since I last saw him. This company will trap you with their auto-renewal, and when you need an increase to your allotment due to a new Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis, they will outright lie to you about the state having limits on exceptions. I had two different people at that location try to lie to me that they "can't" ask for another exception. They jost WON'T, because it requires more work and documentation on their part. Also they aren't BBB accredited.

I went in just before closing and they were so kind and nice to me. Even though they probably were stuck at work a few minutes extra because of me. I got some flower it was top quality and I very much enjoyed it. They have incentives for the first couple of trips so it makes it nice to save a little money. I call the # and it says theyll call me back. took two days for them to call me back. They then told me they had to ask the dr and that would take another 2 days.... 2 days later they called me back and said that id need to ask for meds on my next visit which wasnt for another month. Really crappy. Im 59 years old with massive rods in my spine from a car accident and i dont need more meds? ok i guess ill just suffer for the next month. The sign up process probably took maybe 10 minutes and then I went in to see the doctor. After 5 minutes with the doctor I was certified and ready to go to a dispensary. The doctor was very sweet. The front staff Zay and Johnny were helpful and kind and gave me free goodies! Definitely recommend coming here! My boyfriend went here as well to get his license and they were helpful with him as well. They also gave him a free book to write notes in about his journey.
