Having your customers be face to face with a staff member while having no free flowing menu at their grasp is very awkward and kind of frustrating, it makes it feel as if I'm in a fast food spot and not a place I go to purchase my medicine. It makes this experience feel like torture if you're in my situation and have been assigned a sales rep who literally does not know when product was put out or has no knowledge/ interest as to how cannabis works. I also didn't appreciate the supervisor on the floor as they made it seem as if I was rude for asking if all the pre-rolls are rolled the same day as the staff member couldn't tell me when they were put out, she actually ignored what I asked and flat out asked me "do you want to try to the same one in pre-roll form?" This is right after I asked which one is the latest one that was put out. If you don't want to go to work, stay home lol. This was my second time here not to mention those greedy non stackable first time discounts. I have a feeling this place only moves product when it's on clearance. Overall 3/10.

Well...comes down to this: location, quality products, knowledgeable staff, personal service and an amazingly beautiful facility. Finding them is really easy and they are in a stand alone building right off the road. And...this is HUGE...the hours; they are open 8am-9pm. What?!?! Every dispensary in Orlando is open 10-7 so I was blown away that my 7:15 pm arrival wasn't a problem. I was on my way back to Orlando from Boca Raton and remembered that GrowHealthy has a West Palm location about 20 minutes north of me. Well, you know I had to go check it out. I've actually received multiple orders via delivery service (Pat & his partner in crime always come through my neighborhood) and always been really happy with the delivery and products. Needless to say it was great anticipation that I headed north. Upon arrival I checked in and gave them my registry identification card; after they verified everything I was escorted into the main dispensary. I was in absolute awe when I walked through the door to find this unbelievably amazing showroom featuring their products in an atmosphere and decor that was totally unexpected! The style is...um....ridiculous! It's so cool inside, yet it's inviting with an Uber-clean style that is fresh and showcases products perfectly. I mean look at my photos and see for yourself...the place really is impressive. Let me take a step back and give a little feedback about their products since I've tried them prior to my visit. Hey are fantastic...super high quality. The distillate is very smooth and natural; I never taste any food grade products cutting the materials. It's just purified stuff that gets squeezed out of the plant...natural the way it's supposed to be! (They have fantastic specials, especially Sundays so get on the email list and check the site periodically). GH also has strains on deck that I've never seen at another Florida Dispensary like: Blue Flame, Bubba Kush, Dr Rougue, Brazilian Orange, 99 Problems, Ghost Train Haze, Wookie Girl, Alien Bunba Berry and I gotta tell you the list goes on and on!!! The variety of syringes of distillate available will stump even the most discerning expert!! So, back to my visit. I had the unbelievable pleasure of working with CJ for my first visit. He knows so much...I mean I know my stuff, but this guy is amazing. He went through the available products to find exactly what I was looking for. They were having a buy 2 get one 1 free special on distillate so I had to grab a few. CJ gave personal recommendations based on their classification system comprised of: Mind / Sativa, Body / Indica and Balance / Hybrid. It's really a perfect way to explain them in the most simple terms. Well done on that guys! So overall, GrowHealthy is outstanding. They are opening a new location in Orlando next Month (June 2019) and I can't wait. If you're in west palm and you haven't checked this place out, then you're missing out.
