Prices are very fair too (I wish they would list this on their website because I think it would bring in more customers). Fish was fresh and I really enjoyed the cuts I ordered. They will cut steaks from the whole fish behind the counter. The rest of the store shelves are really sparse. There are some Asian products and lots of spices, but there is so much opportunity to make this place a really solid Asian fish market (fresh vegetables would be a game changer). There's lots of parking and the staff is really nice. I'll be back here for sure to try more.

Be on your toes about what you'd like though. They don't do 1/2 lb of anything as well. You can order fish to go or have it cooked on sight. So we had 1lb of croaker cleaned and fried. 1 lb of large shrimp cleaned, deveined and fried. An order of fried okra and fries. The fish and shrimp were seasoned and fried to perfection. We sat and ate the food in the car!

Finally, we were all refused service because the associate said they were closed. The open sign was still on, and according to the hours sign, they are open until 6 pm on Wednesdays. The two individuals already inside said they were waiting to be serviced and were not told the market was closed. The owner was not at the market, so there was no explanation for allowing the customer in while it was closed. If they were closed, the open Sign should have been off and the entrance locked.

When I entered, everything was spotless, all the seafood looked fresh and was nicely organized. They also have a great selection of pantry items like canned tuna, wine, sake, and oils. The service was extremely attentive. Since I wasn't sure how much I needed, the person helping me was super patient in showing me different weights and price points. He made polite conversation about what I was cooking and even offered an ice bag for the ride home, it was a small gesture, but the fact that I didn't have to ask for it was a nice touch. The tuna itself was incredibly fresh and tender. I ended up marinating it, but it was so high-quality I'm sure it would have been delicious as is! I highly recommend this place. Everyone was kind, the shop was clean, and while it's a bit of a splurge, I'm confident they can help you find something that fits your budget.

It's on a narrow corner with parking for about 5 cars out front. There is parking across the street. Next the interior is sparse. There are about 10 tables mostly for two people. The interior is nothing at all to write home about. I took 3 family members there, spent $90 and the food we got was lukewarm and nothing extraordinary. I had the lump crab and shrimp which was fine, but again cold. To top that off, we waited an hour for the food to come out of the kitchen. Also everything is served in styrofoam to go containers. If this were a food truck that could put the food out faster, it might be really good. But as a restaurant, the place is far too small for the volume of people that were in their waiting in line to order. I'm hoping they find a larger place and improve it to more than a take out experience. I will definitely give them another try later I'm the year.
