The Grouper Sandwich here isn't the best I've had, but it's pretty darn good. It was ~$17 which I thought was a bit pricey at first, but the Grouper filet was so big it couldn't fit on the bun! I got my Grouper "lightly blackened on the grill" and wish I had just gotten "blackened" because there were parts that were delicious, but also parts that didn't have as much flavor. My friends both got the Grouper Sandwich as well and got "blackened" and "batter fried." Neither of them could put their sandwich down! It's that good. Onion rings: Huge and delicious. Get it! We came at 8pm on a weekday and the place was about half full. There was only one waiter manning the entire front patio and he was struggling to keep up with the orders, but he was very friendly. I would definitely come back here again but hopefully during Grouper season so the market price is lower! read more

Dinner time, not crowded. My wife and I had the grouper sandwich. She had hers lightly battered, I had mine beer battered. Both good, I had to put salt on mine, seemed like it was missing something. We ordered pick up and what I had were delicious and satisfying. The oil, batter, seasoning, and texture of my fish & chips were all spot on. My standards in flavor is very high. The calamari was nicely sized in cuts and the batter, along with their homemade marinara sauce. The onion rings are so good and crunchy down to the science! We got carry out. On a busy night, they take the phone off the hook so you'll have to place your order at the bar. The staff are super friendly and our order was ready in 15-20 minutes. The grouper really is a good as they say. The grouper sandwich is a thick chunk of fish that is tender and moist. I'd go back just for that sandwich! The seafood bisque is also very delicious. The crab cakes are good. But there was a few missteps. The calamari was chewy. You don't get a side with your order. So we ordered sides of onion rings and waffle fries. You get big servings that could satisfy two people, so keep that in mind. The fries are good, but the onion rings were a bit greasy. And they are huge. My preference is thinner and crispy. read more

We were met promptly with a very friendly male host. We were sat within 10 mins for a party of five. Appetizers ordered: jumbo peel and eat shrimp and calamari. The shrimp were fresh and plump. The calamari were nicely flash fried with a light marinara sauce. Both were very enjoyable. Our dinners came out super fast. Fried scallops were big, sweet and juicy. I had the shrimp amd scallop martinique. There were clumps of bread crumbs instead of being lightly topped and sauce was too thick. Shrimp scampi was lacking slightly in flavor and watery.
