Pouring its oily goodness over the rice and duck gave the taste that much more oomph for my taste buds... or was that more quack? On the side we got steamed green beans with bulgarian fetta and french fries for good measure. I never really order oysters and duck when I'm at a restaurant, in fact, this is the first time I conjured up this combo, where in the past, I haven't been big on these rather popular dishes... and you know what?
