Repipe Specialists' rate trumped 2 other quotes with the addition of fixing the dry wall afterwards. FAB!!! Their rep, Blake, was brilliant with communications through the whole process. On the scheduled day, their subcontractor iPlumb Co. arrived on time bright and early just after 8 o'clock. Their crew got to work right away. A very professional bunch of people. You wouldn't have known any work was done within the house save for the small holes in the wall as they fully picked up after themselves and departed around half past 3 in the afternoon! Then the dry wall crew came out to wrap up the job a week later. We had a wonderful experience working with Repipe Specialists and will recommend friends and neighbours should they need plumbing done.

Repipe Nightmare I met Blake Warner with Repipe Specialist…read moreseveral years back and was not a fan. He was a hard pressure salesperson that didn't understand that I couldn't make a 20K commitment without speaking to my husband I also wanted to coordinate the job with my bathroom remodel to avoid cutting my tile. When I was not willing to schedule to start working 4 days later he ghosted me. Fast forward to Jan 2025 I contacted Repipe Specialist hoping they had a different sales person for the OKC area. They did not but, after speaking to Colin Cantu the regional general manager he convinced me to give Blake another try so I did. Blake came back to my home, wrote up the scope of the work needed to be done to (key word) COMPLETELY repipe our house, we agreed to pricing, and paid the deposit. Work began 2/12 and within the 1st hour of the crew walking our home they noticed limited attic access which meant additional drywall that cost an added $2000. We agreed and the work began. The crew from iPlumb Co that completed the install was amazing. They were courteous and professional, covered our items to protect them and cleaned up after themselves. One week later I returned home from work to a flooded garage with a caved in ceiling and several areas inside my home flooded. I immediately called Blake whose exact words were "call the warranty company" then he began rattling off the warranty company's 800 number. I called iPlumb Co that completed the work and the owners Larry Kershner and Chad Mendenhall contacted me and assured me they would take care of the repairs, and cover the cost of us staying in hotel over the weekend since we had no running water. First thing Monday Chad arrived to see what caused the leak and notified me that a piece of my OLD polybutylene pipe that they connected to which ruptured and because it was an OLD pipe was not covered by the warranty. Why would they have ever connected to any old piping considering the point of the repipe was to bypass ALL the old PB pipes to avoid the leak issues we've had. I was advised that to replace the bathtub valve where the piece was at would be an additional $750 but had not been included in the scope of work that good ole Blake had written up and quoted. The same Blake that represented this now almost $20,000 job as a complete home repipe. Same Blake that walked the home on 2 separate occasions never suggested that the tub valve in the bathroom over the garage on a north wall should be replaced to avoid any remaining PB pipe problems. The damage to my home and loss of personal property was a direct result of Repipe Specialist salesperson Blake Warners negligence. Repipe Specialist did not respond to my written correspondence, did not speak to me regarding covering any repair cost, or the added cost to replace the valve THEIR salesperson never suggested or offered as part of the scope of work. Colin did acknowledge that he understood my frustration but didn't offer any resolution to the damage their company had caused to my home. The savior in this nightmare turned out to be iPlumb Co! Those guys covered the cost of our hotel stay as promised, covered the cost of ALL the drywall and due to the flood insulation and garage door opener repairs. They also ate the cost of installing the valve that caused the problem because they didn't think it was reasonable for me to pay the additional cost due to Blakes negligence. The best part is that while I would NEVER recommend Repipe Specialist to anyone, if you need your home repiped you can go directly to iPlumb Co saving you thousands of dollars off the job! I loved the connectors and replacement pipes they use. The way they ran several of our new lines I won't have to worry about pipes freezing in the future. They have a top notch drywall crew that's included in the scope of work which most plumbing companies don't offer. My suggestion is save yourself the headache, and THOUSANDS of your hard earned dollars, and bypass the nightmare that is Repipe Specialist then go directly to iPlumb Co to schedule your home

My experience with this company was a complete and utter disaster from the beginning. Sure they…read moreshow up on time but it was obvious from the start that they were not going to start working unless you either join a "savings" club or pay 40% more if you do not join. I brought them in to clean my pilot and relight and they quoted me $650 with the supposed club and nearly $1000 without joining. I was desperate because I had no luck either with the previous 3 techs I had hired so I joined the lowest tier discount club and they quoted me the $600+ price. After selling me this scam plan which took the tech almost 70 minutes he started the job. A few minutes into the job he turned to me and said he couldn't finish because he twisted the fire tube. Unbeknownst to me he also twisted the fire tube and the ferrules off in both the regulator and the pilot light basically ruining both and completely destroying my 3 year old fireplace insert. I was very upset and I told the tech I was not happy with his work and that I would be forced to call his boss. I called and was greeted with excuse after excuse after excuse on how it was normal for fire tubes to get bent. Keep in mind he was not asked to touch the tube but he chose to anyway and ended up damaging it so badly it rendered my unit unusable without major repairs. I was told they would order the parts and repair it but after a couple of weeks I called to see the progress and was told he didn't appreciate me talking down to his employee and then reiterated that it was normal for these tubes to break. WHAT?!!! By the way the part had not been ordered yet and was never given a reason why so I asked for a refund and cancellation of the fraud called a savings club. Refund was given but I still had to order the parts myself and have a much more competent company come and fix the broken and destroyed fireplace. I highly recommend that if someone is not there to do the job they were called out to do and is trying to sell you a saving plan, tell them to take a hike. Now I am sure this owner will go on and on and on about how it was all my fault but as far as I'm concerned they are out for themselves and certainly not there to provide a professional service or hire competent techs. By the way I had a great company come out and repaired everything once I got the parts and only charge me $180 for labor. Write me if you want their name and number. 1 star review

The quality of the work was fine and the staff were nice enough. However, I needed a quote for a…read morevery specific and somewhat unusual repair. Rather than giving me factual information about what my needed repair would entail, options for completing the work, and what my repair would cost, the technician used some pre-printed lists of tiered services to try and upsell me into unnecessary add-ons. He was evasive when I asked him directly what it would take to just make my system work as it should, and persisted in reading of detailed information about "top tier" services when I indicated I was not interested. I was clear that we would be seeking out estimates from multiple companies and that I would be talking to my husband before making any decisions. But he persisted in reading through three lists of services, emphasizing the "top tier" and finishing each list with "And which one are we going to do today?" This encounter left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be considering them to complete my repair.
