He said he would get us a quote. As of 11/18/24, we had not heard anything from Tyler and still did not have a quote for the project. On 11/25/24, we messaged Tyler telling him we needed this project done and he said the soonest he could get there would be 12/4 or 12/6. On 12/6/24, Tyler text and said he would have to reschedule. It is now 12/18/24 and we have not heard another word from Tyler. Tyler is unreliable! If you'd like a project done without having to beg someone to show up, Tyler is not the person you are looking for! We will never hire him again for anything!

Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before. I am not sure if Apollo is a good company to work for, but their employees are exceptional and hopefully Apollo is treating them the way they deserve to be treated because they don't want to lose any of the workers we had an experience with....The gentleman with the movie tattoo was clearly a kind person, going the extra mile and all of the technicians we encountered listened and explained everything. I recently got a quote to fix a small gas leak at a fitting that goes to the water heater…read more Duke had already come out and told me exactly where the leak was, and that it was caused by the pipe dope drying out after 40 years. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
