On 11/25/24, we messaged Tyler telling him we needed this project done and he said the soonest he could get there would be 12/4 or 12/6. On 12/6/24, Tyler text and said he would have to reschedule. It is now 12/18/24 and we have not heard another word from Tyler. Tyler is unreliable! There is a process that any reputable HVAC tech would be aware of for investment property payments if they stayed working for the same investors (which obviously is NOT the case with Matt Gregg)...After being told off I had to calm him down and told him that I could just pay him personally and turn in an invoice for reimbursement later if he really needed me to...I had NO IDEA what his charges were or when and how he expected payments but I want NOTHING to do with having someone not paid for services so I sent him a Venmo for $200.00 RIGHT AWAY....I have been undeservingly ghosted ever since. I remembered that he said that he needed money up front for materials for jobs that he was doing and all I can think of is what if I paid him for materials and got ghosted after he got the money.....I am WARNING anyone considering doing business with this guy (whom I found on Craigslist) to run the other way...Something just isn't right about this guys practices and morals.

He then showed up first thing on Monday morning with all the parts needed, and thankfully the most expensive part needed ($3,400.) was covered under warranty. Within 4 hours he and one of this employees had the furnace fixed, and after they left you would never have known that they were even here. Except, we now have heat! Paul is very good at what he does, and most importantly, he is honest and really cares when someone need his help.
