They used a matte ceiling paint to touch up my already painted semi gloss trim and doors. I pointed it out and they still didn't fix it. They got paint on light fixtures, outlets, and on my flooring, both carpet and hard surface. They dragged a 2 to 3 day job over a whole week period because they would only work 2-3 hours a day. They charged me by the hour, I kept track of their hours and they overcharged me by 6 hours. When I asked them to fix the missed and messed up areas he yelled at me until I was in tears. five days after they left they threatened to take us to court because we hadn't paid them yet. My husband only paid them because they knew where we lived and was worried they would come back. Save your time and money, and do not hire them!

This is the worst paint job I have ever been associated with, very very poor prep work, doors are ruff to the touch, trim was not sanded at all before painting, three tone paint looks so bad!, etc. I complained to the owner, he would not even come over and look. all he did was send the same guy who gives empty promises that he would take care of it... well nothing has been done about it. They did attempt to come and paint the front door which could have been done in good warm weather, but they waited until it was freezing temps, well low and behold the sprayer was froze. haven't heard back now for going on two weeks.
