From the moment we walked in the door to delivery, we had a wonderful experience!

Called store they sent a person out and said it needs replaced. 9 months later no call back no help what so ever. Called big sandy and they said can't get this TV stand nomore. Made in Tennessee with nice wood what a shame. Still not resolved still waiting to see what can be done about it. I will never buy anything from fat sandy because after they get your money they will not help you nor stand behind there stuff they sell. That has been our experience with this store anyway. Sad, try to buy local and this happens. This place just don't care about the customers at all. Beware!

Everyone knows you should never buy a mattress at list price! This is the first thing Consumer Reports will tell you. Well, if you have to tell me then obviously there's a problem. We lost out here. AVOID THIS STORE!

I'm a bit partial to the Petoskey location, but this store is clean and carries pretty much the same stuff (most of which we'd be better off without). We spent $157 on what-I-don't-know. Towels, a shower rod, curtains, a floor mat and a book. The rest was junk we shouldn't eat. Oh well. This is actually a good k cup supply store if you aren't particular about your brew. The price is hard to beat. The three folks we talked to weren't too excited to be working at BL's ona Saturday night or not too excited to help us. Again, the Petoskey people are much friendlier. 09/23
