The donuts were hot and fresh when I got them. They tasted more like a glazed cake donut than a super airy donut, but honestly I was perfectly fine with that because they were fresh and really good. I asked about a couple of beers they used to have, but they were out, and the server said they had been having problems getting some of the grain they use for brewing. They had several other beers from other breweries (not all local). I really try to patronize the local small brewers, as I can get beers from large scale brewers at plenty of places. They do offer a veterans discount, and I think also first responders (but not 100% sure of that). I do really enjoy the Tail Dragger IPA. They had a solo guitar guy playing. He was ok, except the volume was way too loud for such a small venue, and it was uncomfortable to sit through. Due to the weather, the doors to the outside were shut, and so everything was confined to just the taproom.
