During the hour and a half, the super fun factory team was very attentive to the kids. Phillip the owner, also showed up and put the extra care to make sure the party went down without a hitch. All the kids had a blast. He had them singing and dancing. It was great. They were very responsive, and accomodating, since we had to the change the time mid way in. We paid for the dress almost a year ago and received it maybe two weeks before our event, which was stressful. Once we got our dress we were ok. Then we got all of the items included with our packet. Price was a really good deal compared to what I paid for my goddaughters dress bundle , this one came with everything for less than 1500. Bear, rope, photo album, bible, jewelry, and the box for envelopes plus the dress. Though we had to call to get updates , we would get a call or text back when she had a chance. From what was shared with us she was behind on orders which caused stress on both ends but I am thankful she came through.
