Once we started to walk over to the fruits and veggies area, I started to look for some fruit. Every piece of fruit was either soft or already going bad. The veggies were not much better. I understand about Covid. That being said, the store should be on top of that. Especially since it's the first thing you see when you walk in. There was also a freezer leaking down the whole isle. Things break, I get it. I also heard it was broken all day. Don't they have plumbers/HVAC, whoever would repair a problem like that on the payroll or at the least one on an emergency basis? The shelves were empty, the floor was disgusting. Unfortunately, I need to have good friuts and veggies so I will not be going back. The stores need to be updated and redone. It appears to be very old.

Apparently the coupons take at least 15 minutes to activate. They could have given her the sale price as a courtesy but the cashier was so rude. She also charged her extra for other items, which then forced her to wait in a long line for a refund from customer service. Disgusting behavior. After seeing that, I will never shop there again.

I understand that produce can occasionally spoil, but when customers repeatedly encounter moldy fruit and rotten vegetables, it raises serious concerns about how often the produce is being inspected and rotated.
