The landscaping in the front of our town home building hadn't been touched in several years. Weeds…read moreand overgrowth were everywhere, it was a mess. We contacted Design Concepts to come to the rescue. Within a couple hours, we had a callback from Dave. We scheduled a site visit and were impressed enough to move forward with a design. Dave came out a couple days later with a beautiful color drawing that detailed all of our possible options, presented an itemized quote of all the work that would be involved, and gave us a list of 15 references we could call on for peace of mind. We presented this to our town home association board and they were so impressed that they decided we should do the courtyard as well. We signed the paperwork and a few days later Dave and his crew were cleaning up all the weeds, removing overgrown trees and bushes, and trimming trees. Then they installed a beautiful stone walkway, fertilizers, mulch, a wonderful assortment of plants and bushes in the front and flowers in the courtyard. They cleaned up everything and provided us with watering instructions and plans to add to our design for next year. Its difficult to please all members of a town home or condo association but Dave and Design Concepts did the job. We plan on using them for many years for all of our landscaping needs. We also found out they do more than just landscaping and have already begun plans to have them work on the interior of our house. From talking with they're references, this quality of work is par for course in everything they do.

John and his team were, hands down, the hardest working and most detailed contractors I have worked with. We originally hired them to install new windows and to replace our siding. They were so good that we added a new fence and a new front porch to the project. We, along with our neighbors, still have a hard time believing it's the same home! They arrived on time and worked each minute with little down time. Their price was competitive and they completely earned it! After the new windows were installed, we were required to install new window jams on the inside. I had already added two items to the project so McCormack had to come back to install new window jams after everything else was completed. I feared that I would get caught in a backlog of customers and that it would take a while to come back. NOPE. They returned when promised, which was so important because we were left without window treatments for 15 windows until they did!
