My mom spoke to her husband and let him know that we weren't sure about her photo quality. So her husband assured us, he would take my engagements pictures for free. He believed since he takes better pictures than her, we'd be happy with his work. But when we arrived, it was only Jana and her 7 year old daughter, so she took our pictures. A week later we received 23 pictures. Of the 23, not one was a clear shot! Two of them even had black dots on my leg, from a dirty lens. I was really disappointed in her picture quality and editing. So my mom let her know to see if we could work something out. She had paid her $810 for the deposit which we understand is non refundable. But to have the indecency to refund $0.83 because the deposit was $809.17. So my mom is out $800+ because she didn't want to make things right. She could of dealt with this situation in a much more professional way. If you need to see more pictures I can send them to you. I just don't want anyone else to go through this. April 11,2019 So you believe that we altered your images to make them look darker? That wasn't our complaint, just that your images were blurry. We couldn't print an 8x10 due to the fact that your pictures were just not clear. Your camera's lens is so dirty that it was leaving spots in pictures as well. & for you to claim that my mother in law was crying is also very unprofessional! Mainly since that is a blatant lie! Since your hands are not steady enough to take a picture, I would recommend investing in a tripod. In your photos, it was easy to point out that you are just an amateur photographer, with little experience!

He did not disappoint! My best advice would be to trust him and his skills as a photographer implicitly. 1. He gives plenty of direction in terms of body placement, posture, hand placement, etc. to give you flawless photos. If you are new to being photographed like me, you'll find this kind of direction extremely helpful and comforting. 2. At the same time, he creates a very calm, light, and fun atmosphere that creates true, genuine moments between you and your significant other. We are two people that usually feel very uncomfortable in front of a camera, however we had such an enjoyable experience with Allen. 3. I really encourage anyone using Allen's services to listen to his recommendations. For example, our original scheduled date was cloudy and overcast. He recommended that we wait for sun if we truly wanted to be happy with our photos. We are so grateful to have listened to him, because the results were wonderful (see attached).
