This place is one of those order at the kiosk or counter and have your food delivered. They have a play area for toddlers only. The staff is very friendly. I found it was more of a fusion Vietnamese place or a more Americanized Vietnamese place. Pho taste wise, wasn't terrible.... I've definitely had worse broths. Here was the issue, way too many noodles, not enough broth, they added bean sprouts to it and put way too much as well as too much onions and cilantro. Very little meat too. And the bowl, the bowl was all wrong, hot to the touch, not a true pho soup bowl, it was awkward eating from it. I also ordered a shrimp appetizer and it was lacking flavor. Bahn mi's don't have the traditional pate, just wasn't what I was craving.

BEWARE! I wish I had done more research before hiring DNPixels…read more We paid DNPixels an additional fee to stay until the end of our wedding so they could capture our send-off and the final moments of our reception. Unfortunately, they left early and did not fulfill the service we paid for, leaving us without footage promised. What was even more disappointing than the missed footage was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or taking responsibility, they did not admit they had missed the footage until our wedding planning company became involved. Even then, there was no apology, no accountability, and no refund for the portion of the service that was never provided. The lack of accountability and customer service was the most disappointing part of this experience. When you're hiring someone to document a once-in-a-lifetime event, reliability and integrity matter. You need to be able to trust that your vendor will deliver what was promised and, if something goes wrong, take responsibility for making it right. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with DNPixels. Based on our experience, I would not recommend DNPixels, especially if you're looking for a reliable videographer for a wedding or another special event.

Getting there; it's still in the Willow Bend mall; easiest way to find it is to enter through the main doors between Knife Steakhouse and the Mexican Bar Company and go straight. Super cute set up; they offer painting classes they even have a shop set up. The girls who greeted us were kind. They sent our host over to us to explain everything. He was a sweet boy but wasn't the greatest host personality wise and was a tad unclear with explaining what was going to happen especially with it being our first time. We were left in the tiny splatter room twice with just no direction. Overall we had a decent experience. Wasn't a whole lot to it.
