Mail forwarding used to be okay back in the days . My review consider delivery of the personal package to Poland. Before shipping I asked about fees, especially about customs clearance, specified what the item been shipped and estimated value. They told customs clearance is included in shipping fee, came out it's not, I was charged extra $70 for customs broker service. Not forget to mention that their "air express" service is joke. Parcel left USA 11.21.2024, today is 12.05.2024, still not delivered. Just have to switch to USPS, pay half less, have service not worse than Dnipro LLC. read more

However, this company doesn't care about regular customers and customers at all. Cvetlana Makeeva, Xrustins Karpen and Tamara are cover, support each other against the customers. As a customer you will ever guilty and they will blame you and will make you stupid. Dnipro have lost my package what l have sanded to my godson as a birthday present. Than l started to worry and to call to Dnipro, they blamed me. Svetlana was rude and unprofessional. Any apologies. And after they found package in Poland instead of Spain. And naw l have to wait week more. And my godson hasn't received the birthday present from me on time. But, who cares about fillings? Who cares about customers? Dnipro doesn't at all. Here's the situation... This is in essence a legitimate business, in the sense that they offer a courier service and forward packages. It's like having a PO Box that also takes your mail and then forwards it to another address. There's nothing wrong with *that*. The problem is that there are extremely shady people that take advantage of this service to do fraud, particularly on sites like Amazon and eBay. The situation is like this: Someone, almost always from Russia or Ukraine, but also occasionally China or elsewhere, hacks into an ebay account. They put their own address on that account, in the Ukraine. But then they order an expensive, high-end item, and they have it shipped to this address in New Jersey. It's basically a post office box, in the sense that they have an account with a bunch of numbers - like LD183D8 - that lets the company know the mail is for them. The company receives the mail, and then forwards it to the real address internationally (Ukraine.) It takes 3 weeks or so to get there, so it ends up arriving to the fraudulent buyer with about 2-3 days left on the 30 day period ebay gives them to file a return request. Then they file a "trust and safety" claim against you. It can be any number of things. Sometimes they say that they didn't get the item at all. Sometimes they ask for 50% of the money back because there was allegedly some damage to the item. Sometimes they claim you sent something else than the item that was purchased. What's *always* true is that they are committing some kind of fraud in an attempt to get a free item, either by lying about the condition or the item you sent, or by using a hacked account and paying with someone else's account. Now whether or not this reshipping company "Dnipro" can be held liable or not, I cannot say. They could very easily claim ignorance in what's going on, though they MUST know based on the fact that googling their address brings up hundreds of accounts of fraud of this nature. But at the end of the day the service they are providing is not in and of itself illegal, and they can't really be held responsible if a third party, unknowingly to them, uses their service for fraud. Plus since everything that's happening is happening internationally, getting the basic American police involved is really not going to happen. It would have to be such a massive scale operation that the feds get involved, and they have bigger fish to fry. So hopefully it'l just be the case that people will keep speaking out like this so that no one else will end up in the same situation as so many others have, where they are out a huge amount of money on an expensive items they had stolen. read more

Like others, i searched this address due to my amazon account being hacked. They tried to buy an iphone x and ship it here. I don't know what can be done to stop them but be sure that i will report them in hopes that no one else becomes a victim of this scam. What makes me nervous is that i am now getting packages to my home address from ebay and amazon that i haven't ordered. If you're going to try to steal someone's identity, be smart about it and don't ship items to the headquarters of your company. I got an email confirmation that I purchased a $450 item, charged to my credit card. When I checked the order, it was shipped to "645 West 1st Avenue Roselle, New Jersey 07203" - the contact address for Dnipro LLC. After doing some google searching, discovered that this is a scam company. I reported them to the BBB, and I recommend all of you do the same as well. read more

Other posters say that they send the stolen goods overseas. I have Ebay and the Fraud Department of the US post office on their case. It is hacking and mail fraud. read more

I don't know about how smooth their business runs, but what I do know is that someone there hacked into my PayPal account and purchased themselves a new phone and foolishly put their name and address (DniPro) to have it shipped there, and low and behold, their name was very foreign and this company is based out of the Yukraine. Customers beware...especially if they have your credit card number. I will be filing a police report today. read more

Dnipro LLC uses a NJ mailing address as a mail forwarding service for items they "buy" to send to Russia. As soon as your item is delivered to the NJ address they will file an "Item not received" claim with Paypal, so you wind up not only giving them your item for free, but you even paid to ship it to them! I believe they are running this scam from somewhere in Russia and just using the NJ address as a cover. read more
