We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

When I went to this business, they quoted that they would have my vehicle completed by the end of the day when I called an hour before closing after having my vehicle there for about six hours they basically forgot that my vehicle was in the parking lot and told me that they would get it ready for the next morning which I didn't have that much of a problem with when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day they quoted me $5000 for repairs and told me that I needed a new battery along with a complete replacement of my lower suspension and told me that they would have to redo the whole wiring in order for my car to actually work correctly. I ended up going to an AutoZone and replacing my mass airflow sensor for $30 which ended up fixing all my problems and they lied to me about my battery being in disrepair on top of that they quoted me $451 just to replace a lightbulb. I understand that I was there only for the diagnostic. However, their prices are way inflated and they lied about services my vehicle needed. Due to them lying I don't even trust the diagnostic and wasted $120. I will not be going to this business again
