If you've ever had car trouble while traveling, then you know how stressful it can be. The flat…read morepart actually wasn't that stressful even though it happened 10 pm! But the next day... I was driving from Florida to Texas when my tire light suddenly came on. One of my tires had lost all its air, and I was only about 45 minutes from the hotel I'd booked as my overnight stop. While I was waiting on the tow truck, I googled tire shop and luckily found Fisher Tire & Service was super close. It was the first place I went in the morning. They inspected my tire and told me I'd definitely need a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire size in stock, so they sent me down the road to another shop. Walmart didn't have it either, and after calling multiple tire shops within a 5 mile radius of the area I was in, nobody had my size. I called Fisher back, and that's when everything turned around. They realized they had my tire in their warehouse, and the receptionist offered to go pick it up herself. I wouldn't venture to say she was enthusiastic about it but that level of customer service meant a lot considering I was stranded away from home. The older gentleman who installed my tire was a lifesaver. He was friendly, got everything taken care of quickly once the tire arrived, and had me back on the road. I don't think he realized I know a thing or two about my car when he started asking about the wheel lock. Better ask about me! Well... he can't, because I don't know not one damn body in Pensacola. This whole ordeal set me back several hours from what I'd planned that morning, but I'm thankful this shop was nearby. Maybe it was heavenly intervention that I picked a hotel close to Fisher to begin with. I'll never need them again cause who's driving that long ass route again but if you ever have car trouble in the Pensacola area, check them out.

We said we will just take the vehicle back as is. We came paid our invoice and they weren't happy that we did not fall into there bait and switch scam. What got even stranger was there employee wanted to fight the three of us my father and friend who came to help tow the vehicle back. No one stopped both the employee who was obviously on some sort of drug. The old man was even egging him on.. I suspect both were on meth or crack. It was so bizarre I recorded the event on my phone and the police had to be called. Both the methead and Oldman denied everything even though it was recorded which proves to me their shady mindset and business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you want to support violent drug addicts PLease also change your business name, you are a disgrace to people that actually support this country

I took the vehicle to East Hill Automotive Center, and Ryan was the biggest blessing to us. He diagnosed the problem, which I later confirmed with my mechanic back in my hometown, and he very clearly laid out the situation and what my different courses of action were. My wife and I were very distraught - learning that our 10 year old car that we had bought 3 months prior had a blown engine and we didn't know how we were going to get home or get through our vacation. Ryan helped me approach the problem confidently (when I felt helpless) and went above and beyond to walk me through his recommendation for proceeding. His advice yielded the dealership I bought the vehicle from paying for 50% of the repair. I recommend East Hill Automotive Center to anyone looking for quality, honest mechanics.

Why make an appointment if it's going to take them 6 hours for a 1 hour job. 2. Why wasn't it explained up front that it may take awhile 3. No apologies. Seems like a "good ole boy" business that doesn't care about good service or communication to new customers. I guess when you're that busy... it doesn't matter

They did the work as I waited with the parts delivery being the only hold up. I was back on the road a little after 11:30 and all was well. The quality of car care was very good and made shorter work of the job than the YouTube crowd. I would highly recommend Professional Automotive. As for pricing I was not put off in the least with the price for the work as I was given all that I asked for on very short notice.

I took my car to the dealership to have the recall addressed, only to be told that the recall was not the cause of the issue I originally brought my car in for. The repair shop also replaced a battery cable/cord, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. When I went back and requested a partial refund for the diagnostic since the diagnosis was incorrect and the issue remained unresolved, they refused. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I understand that diagnosing vehicle problems can sometimes be complicated, but I paid $500 expecting an accurate diagnosis and a solution to the problem. Instead, I was without my vehicle for weeks, paid for a repair that did not fix the issue, and was left with the original problem. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage anyone considering this shop to get a second opinion before authorizing expensive diagnostic or repair work. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my experience was handled professionally or that the service provided was worth what I paid.

I took my Volkswagen to a different auto shop down the road and was told I need a new transmission. They said they couldn't find the part and would have to order it which would take 1-2 weeks. Being on vacation, I didn't really know what to do. After calling around, a transmission shop recommended I call Palafox Imports. I had my car towed from the auto shop to Palafox Imports and, within the hour, they had found the issue with my car: simply a 2 inch long connector that had come off. They were so honest explaining everything with detail, even giving me helpful tips and info on how to care for my specific car, and sending me on my way, same day. If you own a European car, trust me and don't go to a regular mechanic. You will end up wasting your money in the long run as they'll give you the quick expensive fix which might not even fix the issue. Put your car in the hands of guys who have the knowledge and experience of working with these kinds of cars and therefore know what they're looking for.
