It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.

Despite those instructions, the notes were ignored and service was attempted at the address I specifically indicated was not the correct location. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged that my notes had been overlooked but refused to take any responsibility or provide a resolution, stating that because I entered the address, the failed service attempt was my responsibility. They ignored the fact that their system required an address and that I had clearly explained the situation in my instructions. The issue was never that service was difficult. The issue was that the instructions I provided were ignored, and when that mistake led to a failed attempt, there was no accountability and no effort to make it right. I would never recommend this company.
