Couple that with his extensive knowledge and that results in minimum downtown for your mobility device. While in his shop, he made on the spot repairs and repaired our charging device for free. He found a set of keys when ours were missing and provided the keys at no cost. I'm not recommending Tom or Scooters Plus because of the free services, but because Tom is a decent human being with a work ethic and attention to detail rare in today's world.
