Buffalo is not really a Party City especially not compared to Austin Texas for example where I was recently - but if you're going to party in Buffalo then you might need a party shop. And this is as good as any. It's not dirt cheap but they do have a lot of cool stuff and they're here all the time, year round, located inside the insanely busy outdoor strip shopping mall on the Boulevard. As I said - It's an outdoor strip mall and getting in and out of here is a total nightmare but if you do make it to this store it's a pretty good one as far as party stores go.

Well I can tell you that the adults enjoyed his creations just as much as the younger people did. He was quick, friendly, funny, and amazing. I didn't hear a single request turned away. He made everything from animals, to crazy hats, to corsages, mickey mouse, etc. It was fun watching whatever he was making next. He was a definite highlight of the event.
