Good. Which goes a long way for real and authentic Kung Fu schools and exemplary Martial Arts training. In this School you can expect all of the equipment you would think of and more. The Si Fu has a commanding knowledge of the discipline and can explain how it works in relation as well as the fundamental 'way' that the processes take in event and in preparation.
You are reading about my time in this School so I will say honestly it was great. I enrolled and I came away with knowing how to handle engagement with the enemy and how to use what I know in a combat scenario so I would be less exposed.
Drills, hand and foot work was taught to me 1:1 without any rushing. Also 2:1 when I was up and running with the process so I got to 'the edge' and developed an actual Martial capacity not just a drill or something from a McDojo. For me this was and this is an experience which can not be rivaled by branded do-jang schools or martial arts centres which are driven for and by ££££ more than training people to be capable of deterrence and aggression.
Simply put this is a specialist environment which is running for the sole purpose of training and educating folks for defence and combat. And of all places it's on a quiet industrial park... So if you are keen on being equipped for defence and deterrence, then it's best to enquire. Beginners are welcome and that worked with me because in my short amateur venture in this I have paid for plenty of BS.
The team don't take time wasters though, so you can take this as a sincere warning.
Best wishes and hope this helped.
