One cleaner spent 6 hours in our house doing I'm not sure what. Food crumbs left in our cabinets, spiderwebs in our chandeliers, sticky residue left over from previous owners couch. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor. When we asked for a refund, we were only offered 300$ of the close to 1k we spent. I would never use or recommend again, very disappointed something we thought would be a treat to ourselves during a stressful time has turned into such a headache and extra work.

Booked a move in/out clean, cleaner was at my empty house from 10 am - 2:30 pm. Upon our return,…read morethe house smelled like cleaning product downstairs but otherwise no evidence that someone cleaned. Inside cabinets and oven are filthy. The paper towel photo is from one swipe of the kitchen floor. Paid $40 extra to have the ceiling fans cleaned, they are caked with dust. Windows are filthy. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don't have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can't even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I'm now stuck cleaning the house myself before move in at 6 months pregnant.

If you want to pay $300+ for one hour of cleaning on any day or time that Cardinal chooses each week, then you've found the right business. Here's the last cleaning I had with them: less than 24 hours before my scheduled cleaning they canceled and asked if they could reschedule for the following week (if a customer cancels within 24 hours, they charge $50, but if they do it, no discount for the customers' inconvenience). I asked if they could find another crew and sometime sooner than a full week later. The next morning I saw a crew had been scheduled on my account and my credit card had been charged even though I never heard back so I contacted them and they told me they couldn't find anyone that day and it would be Monday at 1:30/2:00. I said okay. On Monday at 11:40, they tell me they'll be there at 12:10 -- they don't even ask if they can come earlier, they just assume that someone is home and waiting to adjust to their schedule -- I can't imagine they would have accommodated me if I had called and told them they were coming an 1.5 early with 30 mins notice because my schedule had changed. I ask them to wait until 12:30 so we can make sure someone is home. They come, and they're in and out in an hour. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, 2 sets of stairs....in an hour. The next week they contact me to let me know my previous cleaner has quit, and their prices are going up by 50%. I don't know if there was a change in ownership this year, but this unfortunately wasn't an unusual or out of the ordinary experience with them from the last 6 months.

However, the three items - bathtub, backsplash and cabinets (for which I paid an extra fee) - were poorly cleaned and I had to do them myself later after all. I called and received a refund on the cabinet cleaning fee. In regards to the backsplash, I was told that wasn't something they typically addressed depending on total time spent in the residence. To reiterate, it was an empty space so there really wasn't much else to do in the residence. It really ended up feeling like I paid $150+ for someone to mop and vacuum my floors. Not a good value, do not recommend.
