For $30.20. He clicks on the wrong package (error) .$30.20 was for 2 reg- drinks and 2 regular popcorns . $30 for POPCORN and SODA NO WAY...Triple AAA states non refundable nor transferred. We immediately phoned Triple AAA customer support team . They stated there policy, over and over Zee than Joan stated "she was the supervisor and the highest to speak with "! But will contact my support team , they will contact you 72,hours via email or phone for a request for a refund . They are the only ones who can make that decision. We wasn't asking for a refund just transfer or credit for the movie package this was done immediately after this purchase error. We NEVER received a CALL nor an EMAIL . I than phones today and spoke with a representative and was told over and over . "There is nothing we can do " ! Just buy the 2 movie tickets . That was there solution.Then we will have paid over $60 for just a movie and a popcorn and soda . That's CRAZY . After being a 10 year loyal customer paying premiums never late that is how you treat people, WOW !! So family steer clear away if they don't support LOYAL customers. Per Lucia issue started from when Maurice entered my new policy in 2020, they've been sending my statement to the wrong address since 2020!! That's the first issue that I had to clean up! They've been paid twice, once by my bank (I have the tracking and signature of farmers rep who rec'd that check payment, Farmers had been provided this proof too) they can't tell me what happened to the check from my bank or why it wasn't applied to my account last month and cancelled my policy with NO notice to myself. I just happened to jump online to print my auto policy details and stumble across my home POLICY CANCELLED for a month now, when was Maurice's office going to notify me? ... Chatted with Lucia who promised me that the account can be corrected and retroactively put back into active status ONLY if I pay that day or the next day the "very latest" since we're approaching a month (even though this is alll their error). She stated that my bank was going to send ANOTHER payment overnight, but that I needed to also pay myself and would get a refund (so at that point would mean farmers got paid 3 times!). I don't trust I'd get my money back after all their errors. My bank has been awesome along the process and they deposited the funds into my account rather than sending to farmers. I paid by phone, requested an emailed receipt. No payment applied and my account is still "cancelled" as of this past Saturday. I shouldn't have to babysit this office and that's what I've been doing for a flipping month, they've been paid twice and I have a cancelled policy. Don't let this office waste your time, I've put in a lot of time attempting to clean up THEIR mess. Left a message this past Sat to inquire why I still have a cancelled policy, they've been open 3 hrs today and I haven't gotten a call back, total final reflection of the "service" they "provide" at this specific location.
