Frank is very personable, explained all areas of interest which would raise flags, which items should be given immediate attention and others which were normal settling such as vertical/horizontal cracking. His suggestions of benefits such as additional attic insulation, drainage away from the foundation, etc., put us at ease that nothing serious was noticed, just maintaining good maintenance practices. A building permit was required by the city, and their building code required that the portion of the driveway in the city's right of way required a lower grade of concrete and no rebar (steel reinforced). The heavy rain the past couple of years eroded the soil underneath the driveway, causing the concrete to sink! I called Foundation Recovery and their rep was here the next afternoon. He quoted a reasonable price and I accepted. Work was scheduled so as to meet my needs and a crew showed up on time. Work was completed on time and clean up was flawless. They even stabilized my entry walk for a reasonable charge The results are amazing and the five year warranty is comforting All in all I am more pleased with their modern methods and materials than mud jacking. Bottom line is it looks much better than I thought it would and I've got my driveway back!
