Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring this property with Monica. I knew she was the Manager by the confidence and professionalism she exuded as soon as I walked into the leasing office! Although she appeared to be doing some administrative tasks, she jumped up immediately and asked how she could help me. I explained I needed a short term lease due to me recently purchasing a home, (that is still being built), and that I desired a luxury apartment in a unit that I could get good rest and quiet time in. I work at night, and explained to Monica that getting good rest was crucial for me. She showed me the amenities including the fabulous gym, and I was immediately drawn to how Monica stopped and spoke to other residents on the property along the way. She had a rapport with them all! I also noticed how attentive she was to the property, while dually serving me, as she was making notes on this small pad during the tour. Her attentiveness, approachable demeanor, and thoroughness made this my top two properties to choose from. I asked if she was ever at Legacy too, and she smiled and said she manages several properties for the company and that she could help me there too when I was ready to make my final decision. I wasn't having the best day, but my day did a 180 after the customer service I received from her! If her boss sees this review, please give her a considerable raise! Thank you Monica! read more

We at Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with DLH Properties Inc. As their HVAC Service Provider, we work intimately with their Office and Maintenance Staff across multiple properties. The Maintenance Staff is responsive when needing service, often providing us with valuable insights and suggestions for repairs that may be needed and are available for access any time we need to be on site. The Office Staff is considerate to the needs of their tenants; not only making sure that we have prompt access to repair issues as they arise, but also in making sure that we are as little of an inconvenience as possible to the tenants when that happens. They make sure that their HVAC systems receive yearly maintenance on top of emergency services and have made innumerable upgrades over the years to keep up with the demand for comfortable heating and cooling solutions. I felt so much gratitude to be part of a company that values its employees and makes sure that each employee is satisfied with their job. The owner is personally involved in what is going on with the company and gives a flexible work time if needed as we sometimes need for unforeseen circumstances. DLH has a workplace that is Welcomy and Homey and made sure that we have all the resources to efficiently perform our job. My experience has been great with dlh. I read the bad reviews on here after I moved in cause I don't use yelp much, but honestly I've not had anything go wrong. The office staff are nice and even picked up one of my packages out of the rain last week and held it for me. So far this is my favorite apartment I've had since I moved from up north. read more
