The tires and wheels had been swapped and upgraded prior to the sale. They failed to ensure that the TPMS sensors were installed correctly and programmed. I returned later and they worked on the vehicle. I was told that new sensors were installed and everything would work well from then on. 30 minutes later the warning light came on again. I had the sensors checked at another shop and was told that one had a low battery and another wasn't even recognized by the computer. Upon informing the dealership owner of the findings, I was told that they would not help me in any way--I was on my own! Again, BUYER BEWARE!

I brought my mom's 2014 Cadillac SRX to Brockman Automotive because the power liftgate wasn't working. Initially Mark told me it would be around $500. Once they got into it and found significant water damage, we discussed around $1,000. I understood that finding additional damage could change things. What I did NOT agree to was an open-ended repair bill with no idea what I was being charged. The car ended up there for around 9 months, and I was constantly the one having to call Mark for updates. Occasionally I would hear that another part, fuse, etc. had failed because of the water damage, but I was never given prices for those additional repairs, never told my total was continuing to increase, never given a revised estimate, and never asked to approve a new total. When I finally said enough was enough and I wanted the car back, THAT is when I found out the bill had somehow become $2,348.70. I disputed it with Mark immediately. He claimed he had discussed the additional costs with me over the phone, so I told him to pull the recorded calls because I knew that wasn't what happened. I was then told the calls weren't recorded. After going back and forth, I ultimately paid $1,800 just to get my mom's car back and be done with the situation. And after ALL of that, THE POWER LIFTGATE STILL DOESN'T WORK. Nine months and $1,800 later, the exact problem the car went there for was never fixed. Even worse, the driver's power seat worked when the car went in and now doesn't work, and the plastic trim around the seat controls came back broken. Brockman's own paperwork documents that they removed the seat trim and traced wiring for the seat. So after approximately 9 months and $1,800, I got the car back with the same problem I brought it there for PLUS problems it didn't have when I dropped it off. I absolutely wanted to share my experience with Mark Brockman and Brockman Automotive. If you choose to have work done here, my advice based on my experience is simple: get every estimate, additional charge, and authorization in writing before any work is done.
