He looked into what type of battery was needed he purchased it and told me he was on his way to my home. He arrived, we BS'd for a few minutes, he removed the old/original battery, which would have been difficult for me to do, he put the new one in, tested all my equipment, took the old battery and was on his way. What a great experience and my first time using a mobile mechanic. I had them change the oil and filter and picked the truck up the next day. They refused to charge me for all the time they spent checking that problem out and all the time spent road testing the truck to determine the problem.
