Gene came to the house, he was very knowledgeable and professional. TOM and Gene know their windows. Anderson are the best quality around. The prices are very competitive. We also had POWER come out to the house and their pricing was higher for windows that were not even custom to what we wanted. We would have had to settle for less and pay more. TOM helped us design our windows and we got exactly what we wanted without having to settle. The customer service I received was outstanding. They kept me updated on the progress of my order. Installation day was a breeze! TOM the contractor/installer was a professional. They showed up on time and the first thing they did was put clean tarps down to keep my stuff clean. TOM let us know what he was doing every step of the way, (no "wondering" why or what when they did the work). No other contractor that I have had in my home has done that. I always had to ask. Tom's team was very polite and friendly. They knew what they were doing. They worked well as a team. Toms workmanship on the wood interior window frame, molding and sills was exceptional. The outside capping and window trim was perfect. They cleaned up, you would never have known they were there. Except of course my new beautiful Anderson Custom bay windows!! The windows are the best quality you can get! And it shows. The SMART SUN glass is baked into the windows so there are no spots or dirt on the outside after rain. I was a skeptic, but it is true. It has rained and I have 60 trees on my property, we get a ton of dirt and spots when it rains on our windows. But NOT these windows, they are crystal clear. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. 5 Stars for sure!

I got a call and the tech said he would be there between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. At 1:30 another guy called and said he would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00pm. I told him that someone else already had called and he said that was ok. I went out to the garage and started messing with the door thinking I could fix it myself self and that was a waste of time. While I was in the garage another guy called and said he could come and fix the door and would stop between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. I said wait a minute, 2 other guys already called me and said they were coming to fix my door, he said that's Ok. I asked him what he was go to charge me. He said only $29.00 service fee plus labor and parts. I asked him what he was going to do. He said he was going to take off the torsion springs and grease the pulleys and inspect the cables and replace if necessary. Also readjust the door tracks. Around a 2 hour job. He told me all this without even looking at my door. I said Don't come here to my house I want to cancel all appointments. Call your company and tell them not to send anyone to my address! I then called the number of Victory Garage Doors, a company in West Deptford NJ several miles away. James answered the phone: (now it's 3:35pm Sunday afternoon) he said I am grocery shopping right now are you near West Deptford? I said yes. He said I can be there between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. I said I'll see you then. At 5:15 pm on a Sunday James arrived. I sat on a chair in the garage and James immediately went to work on the door. He released tension on the torsion springs and reset the cables on the spools. Put tension back on the springs. He worked methodically and with precision. He adjusted the tracks and added a little more tension to the door load. He said that would make the door glide smoother and not be so jerky going up and down and he was right. My door runs smoother and quieter than it ever did. When I looked at my watch, he had did all this and it was 5:46 pm. He even adjusted the sensors and sprayed the springs with lubricant.
