My brother and I got involved and made sure she wasn't taken advantage of from guys who think they can pull a fast one on a single older lady. We requested 3 quotes from plumbers in the area and found that Hristo was one fantastic plumber and human being. He treated us with respect and answered all our questions respectfully and fully. We highly recommend Hristo as he is honest, upfront with costs, thorough with explanations, has reasonable pricing for his work, is insured, and guarantees his work. His work is phenomenal and from now on we will recommend him as a reputable and experienced plumber for the Houston area.

Hurricane Beryl Home Owners Beware! Estimates are not free!…read more The workmen showed up smelling like marijuana. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 1 thing & the insurance company another to "help me out". That's insurance fraud! I was told he would check out what was damaged. The next thing I knew he was charging me $200 for a tarp. I did not ask for that! I asked for an estimate for the damage to be repaired. Stay sharp, everyone. This company definitely pulled a fast one!

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down. Even their prices were better than the previous company my friend told me about. Fast, friendly, efficient...what more can you ask for? He did not…read morecharge for the initial visit, and the technician looked and decided I needed a new kitchen faucet, which was causing a leak. So I ordered it the part, and they came back adjusting the costs to only labor. Costs were very reasonable. He did not require a deposit before the work began which was nice. Very professional, fast service.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.
