The only thing missing after my car was finished was the new car smell - it was so clean inside and out. There were stains on the seats that had been there for a long time. I didn't think they would come out, but they did. If they had been able to spray that new car smell in the interior, I would have thought I had a brand new car. While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). Once a year or so, I like to get my car washed, waxed, and detailed. It's good for it, and I can't…read moredo it myself. In this case, it had been three years since I had done it; with COVID, it just didn't happen. I googled places to get your car detailed in ABQ, and this came up. I love all the services they offer, especially the clay bar and wax, because that gets all the impurities off the paint and makes it like glass. I called on Wednesday, and they could take it on Friday. They even gave me a loaner car which was great; it freed me up to run errands and go home. The radio didn't work in it, but it was a complementary ride, so I really can't complain. He quoted me 299+ tax, and that's precisely what it was when I came to pick it up. It could have been more depending on the filthy ness of the vehicle. I dropped it off just before 9 am, and it was ready at 2 pm. The outside looked glossy, and shiny, except for a few places with water drops, but they were on the lights. The all-weather mats were clean and glistened like they had been oiled; I think they looked better than when they were new. The leather seats were shiny and everything smelled so nice. I was very impressed until I found a few remaining frys under the front seat when I moved it to get my phone that I had dropped. That made me feel like he could have done a more thorough job with the vacuum. However, I'm very happy with the job overall and would recommend to others!
