Regardless, it's a no for me, dawg. Here's the story. My spouse got on their website and found a couch we liked. We bought it. Cool, right? No big deal. This was sometime in March. The delivery was early April because of the pandemic and we understood completely! They said they'd call to set up a delivery time once their manufacturer sent them the couch. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from. We didn't hear from them until we called and they gave us a new delivery date. In May. Okay. Fine. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from them. We called. They told us the couch we ordered was out of stock. Wait, what? You couldn't have told us that when we bought it?? You let us pay for it and didn't even have it?! Crooks. We want our money back and they said no refunds. Ummmm you have to make a sale to refund something. You have our money and that's it. They gave us a June delivery date. Guess what? You notice a pattern going on? The date rolls around. Couch? Nope. Money back? Nope. Can we speak to the owner? Nope- he apparently doesn't speak with customers. WHAT?? What kind of business is this? After they gave us a July delivery date we filed a dispute with our credit card. Within 20 minutes they called us and told us we could pick up our couch by the end of the week. THE END OF THE WEEK! Soooo what's that about? We finally have it and it is a great couch but I'd rather pay double the price than to deal with these loony tunes again. No thanks.

We were greeted by Josh when we walked in, told him we were looking for a couch & the dimensions we were looking for as it needed to fit in specific size space. He showed us to a variety of couches at various price points. We narrowed down to 3 selections, one was a good buy, but on back order; another was above our price range but also came with an extra chair & 3rd wasn't really my Mom's style but she loved the color. Josh was caring, didn't rush us & then Mom decided on couch 3. We were pleased to know they will remove the existing couch for a fee, they do offer 5 year fabric protection for the couch & if you don't use it, can use as a credit towards a future furniture purchase. The manager Jeff was also friendly and helped Josh wrap up the sale. Delivery was also available right away. They also gave us a holiday themed folding chair for the purchase. The day before the delivery they called and emailed to confirm delivery. The removed the old couch at 9 & delivered the new couch at Noon. Mom loves the couch & fits perfectly in the space. Thanks Josh and the Miamisburg team for great experience.
