    I have had this service for a few years now and signing up was incredible and they make you feel…read moreimportant. Once you have a policy, making changes is like pulling teeth. I've spent so much time following up by calls, emails or text, it is ridiculous. Also, even if they do answer, be sure to check double that what you asked for was done (I paid 5 months for a car I asked to have taken off) and it never got done. I've spoken to the owner, and it's the same thing "We are short-staffed, busy, etc" that I have been hearing since 2020. I have a job, and following up daily is a headache. I am honestly at a loss at this point. I do NOT recommend putting yourself in this situation as it is not worth it.

They don't respond, they don't follow up. I wanted to look for another insurance, when I finally got a hold of someone at True Pro they told me I could look on my own for another insurance... umm isnt that the brokers job??? What do they actually do now? Who knows. Things that used to be taken care of same day, now take weeks, if at all. No one knows what they are doing, they get a 0 out of 10 for customer service. Needless to say, I found another insurance on my own. I didnt even bother to let them know I am no longer be working with them, they don't respond anyway. I ended up going through Otto Car Insurance, got a quote and insurance same day, great service no hassle. Definitely recommend using Otto car insurance instead!

    Well, these reviews do not surprise me in the slightest…read more.. I manage a condo community who has had an owner/client of ours processing a sale of her unit within the complex. During this process, it is normal to obtain insurance and other relevant information needed for the sale. I provided the policy, but the agents needed other items regarding insurance fulfilled. In my 10 years of experience, our insurance agent is normally able to fulfill these requests. After 2 weeks of my client trying to get in touch and the agents attempting to get what they needed, I decided to step in and give them a call to see how I could help. Cindy Contreras hung up on me within 2 minutes of being on the phone assuming I was one of the "very frustrating" agents that she had been dealing with. She was incorrect because I was actually THEIR CLIENT and in touch for the first time in the process. Being hung up on was definitely not the best introduction into this situation; nonetheless from their actual client. I called back and the phone was answered by a gentleman who started off defensive, until I was able to explain that I WAS the client and I was ALSO frustrated by the agents they had been dealing with but that I was trying to get information on how I could get them OFF their back, and how I could help. I proceeded to ask for their management or customer service agent to whom I could speak to about this wildly unacceptable experience I had within the matter of 10 minutes... only to find that Cindy was the "customer service rep". Cindy, as in the one who HUNG UP on me. There are no words. WOW... I will be doing everything I can to escalate this through Allstate and anyone else. This is people's investments, livelihoods and frankly, this was the MOST unprofessional interaction I have had in my 11 years in the HOA industry... and the HOA industry is a pain in the a** so that says A LOT.

    My first impression was that this was a great Rep! She has her own office, well dressed, and she…read morewas able to help me get the auto insurance when i needed it!She gave me a great rate, I handed over the money, she smiled we were good. Then i started getting notices that i hadnt paid the full amount...she even made a delightful house call to explain that the plan needed to change based on my driving history and wanted more money. She seemed to suddenly not be able to answer straight forward questions. I would say something and she would respond as if i asked her a different question. I was bizarre. At the end of the month i went to cancel my policy, and there seemed to be no one at her office. There was however a tv blaring in the back room. After i announced myself multiple times, i went back to investigate. it was her near deaf husband living in her office, watching tv. after i finally got his attention he said Betty would be back in 10 minutes she just ran to the bank. So i waited 35 minutes, she walked in surprised to see me. I told her i got an affordable insurance and was there to cancel the policy. From here out she was completely rude. Saying many things like, WHEN i get in an accident im going to regret it(seriously she said that four times), and how she did everything should to to help me. She didnt even have a proper form to fill out to have me sign, i had to hand write a note saying i wanted the policy cancelled. She told me that i would receive a check in the mail for the amount of policy that went unused. I repeated multiple times to send it to my mailing address and not my physical because i dont get mail there. she continued huffing and puffing until i left. 2 months later, i still havent received a check, so i go back down there. Shes helping a different customer, so i take a seat to wait. No body in the entire room says anything for 15 minutes(creepy), then Betty starts talking about their insurance, they finally leave unsatisified with their answers. I had to remind her who i was and that i didnt receive any check, she went to get my file, then comes back 'so you got a new car?' i didnt tell her that, but answer yes. "okay then lets reinstated your policy". No, im here to get that check you said if be receiving. Then she gets all flabbergasted sayin that she didnt say that, she goes to look up my account and is confused for 5 minutes until she realizes someone elses paperwork was in my file..... then she finally gets the paperwork in order, and says that i have a credit to my account, and its for my next payment. UM NO. there is no next payment. i told her to give me my check, she gives me some bull that SHE doesnt write the checks, i asked where the check was sent to. and she said my street address. I was so pissed at this point. i told her to write me a check, and she said she couldnt. so i told her to send me one to my MAILING address, she said she couldnt do that either. I stormed out with my policy number. I called the 1800 number and told them i didnt receive my check and they wanted to transfer me to Betty. i told them NO i do not wish to speak with Betty i just was at her office and she was completely unhelpful. The 1800 number apologized and have now sent me a new check to my PO Box. i thanked them and we hung up. the 1800 number took care of me in under 3 minutes. Whatever you do dont go to Betty, shes helpful to take your money, but a rude incompetent old woman when you want to cancel.

    If you are looking for an agent who will botch our transaction from start to finish, then by all…read moremeans go buy insurance from Betty. Add to her incompetence, the corporate customer service at Farmer's had no interest in helping me fix things.
